  1. Someone snapped a pic of you out for a Sunday afternoon flight ...
  2. I'm not opposed to beans per se but rather those of the canned baked beans variety.
  3. I'm making naan pizzas.
  4. Ewwww, beans for breakfast.
  5. Some of us enjoy a bit of meat before breakfast ... after breakfast is good too.
  6. Scrambled eggs, homefries and sourdough toast with coffee.
  7. The low this morning was 36/2° with a heavy frost and a bit of a breeze, definitely nippy. High reached mid-50's/~13°. Tomorrow is forecast to be similiar before warming through the week.
  8. Nice surprise but I was expecting it since a little bird chirped the news elsewhere yesterday. Joel and the others got a bit more of the CJ magic or is that simply a case of "welcome to my world", when they learned about his friendship with Chipper. Hmmm, so about Miranda, is her frustration that the sex talk and actual sex is easy for the guys because she's jealous or because she's more private or because of the secret she's been hiding or answer "d" all of the above. I suspect she's wanted to tell Ritch about herself because she knew he would be accepting and keep it private. However, she slipped in her timing by telling Ritch now and isn't sure how to have the necessary talk. I feel for her, it's tough enough being a woman in the man's world of the military add being a lesbian and things become logarithmically more difficult. Things are likely to be awkward for a bit.
  9. How much time do you need to enjoy a slice of fresh watermelon?

    Chapter 17

I want to preface my comment as not intended as criticism just something for thought. Whitetail bucks weigh in at 100-300lbs with those in the northern parts of the US and Canada being on the larger end. Most trophies in my home state of PA weigh about the same an adult man. Male American gray wolves range from 75-140lbs. About the same or less than Cyn in human form. I don't know if your lycans exceed "normal" size. From the description of Shea rubbing his head against Cyn's thigh I would guess not in stature. This being the case Cyn and the wolves should be of comparable size. Of course this all calls up the disparity between the weight of an adult man and an adult wolf all dependent on how transmogrification works in your world. My whole point being that while Cyn in human form is noticeably smaller than the lycan in human form in animal form this wouldn't be the case. Also, deer are damned stealthy. I remember once being out in a secluded forrest meadow at dusk sky gazing only to suddenly realize that I was in the middle of a herd of grazing deer. Until I sat up I had no idea they were there ... some less than 15 feet away. I am truly enjoying your story. Obviously, it's making me think about the interaction between two such differing shifter species.
  11. I only become eligible by age and medical condition in SC on Monday. In PA I would have qualified because of chronic kidney disease from the start.
  12. I'm going to bake a piece of halibut to serve with sautee broccoli rabe and mixed grains.
  13. Greetings Albert
  14. I don't mind the masks even with foggy eyeglasses. We're fortunate that we don't have the deep cold and so can be outdoors. Last Sunday I took mum and the pup to walk along a more secluded section of the boardwalk for fresh air and sunshine. Tomorrow we'll try visiting Georgetown, SC to walk along the riverside dock and downtown area. There's also a nearby sculpture and botanical garden, Brookgreen Gardens that we visit. There's also the beach now that the weather's warming. Though we're waiting until the pup has his spring clip to do that. Brushing sand out of the current 2 inch long feathering on his feet and legs is the pits.
  15. The Jeep with the rag top. Is it Defiant yellow?
  16. I thought you might offer me a lift.
  17. It's a little chilly for much bare skin here but it's expected to warm up again after Monday and best of all sunshine.
  18. The boys are down one grandfather ...
  19. It's not that far from SC, and we're having a stretch of chilly 50° weather.
  20. And the other half will sprout fur at the full moon ...
  21. You're first alphabetically ...
  22. I'm curious. What type of wood and are the old carpets salvageable?
  23. Yeah ... stripping and polishing that old woodwork. Clo! Behave!
  24. You mean you can't see the one sliding down the banister?
