Today was a break in the rain here, but more is due tomorrow. As for the talk, well Tony did sort of walk out of his friendship and Dillon didn't get much say in the matter. He might want to say a few things and who knows where that might take him. Thanks for reading and commenting. -

Tony had gotten up before the sun had even risen. It was the first day of his vacation and he didn’t want to waste it. He tossed a change of clothes into his old knapsack and figured he would hike across the city, maybe climb some of the hills overlooking the water. He wasn’t sure exactly what he wanted to do yet. Hello all. I've been something of a mess lately. Personally had some health issues, loss of my computer, and other issues lead to me basically taking some time away from GA. However, someone graciously gifted me a tablet, so the ideas I've been writing out in a notebook can now be typed up and shared. Have a story I'm currently working on called Dragon's Hoard. Once I am closer to completion I will look for an editor. Thank you for still being interested in my wild tales. Wayne

William, you took one of my darkest stories to read. I see this more as someone who has never had a friend or much of a life, telling his story. Where most people might start with their earliest memory, first day of school, learning to ride a bike, first love, accomplishments, friends, or whatever, Ron doesn't have these experiences. He can only go from abuse to abuse. The times in between would be huge gaps of nothingness. He is afraid and is totally alone. It is what makes him such an easy target. He wants a friend, love, and companionship, but has no idea how to about it. It is only now that he sees he can have these that the change might happen. Thanks for commenting.

Okay, so I'm late coming to this. I remember meeting these beautiful men in various prompts, but not reading this. I'm sorry I didn't read it originally. It is now 3am and for just over three and half hours I read the whole tale. Needless to say I'll be looking for more.

In some respects, Bill is based on me. I can sleep like the dead, as long as you don't touch me the house could come down and I'd never wake. His friendship with friends and neighbors is something to aspire to. Thank you for the kind review.
