It is time of goodbyes. I seem to have a lot of them coming my way. Some are way more painful than others. Some seem to hurt only me. Here is hoping I don't have to say goodbye to them all.

The news was actually what gave me the idea. That and the fact I was about to be in a wedding party myself. From there it just seemed to flow pretty quickly. Glad you enjoyed it Delaneym.

Bill, You are always such a great story teller. You can't help but feel for everyone involved in this. You know those boys will always be reminded of their parents but that their uncle and his partner will help them make new memories and learn to smile again. Very sweet and touching tale. Wayne

Damn you, Dyno, you made me cry. Considering I've given Kanga and Roo as gifts to my godson and other children I care for it immediately hit home with me. A very compelling story.

Nothing like a little raw pain and the truth to show you how not to live your life. Poor Sam. You couldn't help but feel for him. Rachel just managed to be with him at the end whether she knew it or not. The story was riveting KC. Nicely done.

Poor Angus. He really should have thought that out better. He had a "magical" evening when he could have much more if he had planned for it. Seems Greg knew what he was and why he was there. Nice to know he didn't hold anything back. Angus seems to be a major player in the magical world. Wonder what else you can cook up in the future for him.

Sometimes in life we get it wrong. I mean could Pete have been any more of a wrong fit? I'm just glad to see that Elliot finally had his "aha" moment and decided to change the course his life was on. He stopped trying to be what everyone else wanted him to be and became his own man. Max being there just made the whole thing sweeter. Nice story, Valkyrie.

Thank you for your kind words Cole. Been to enough wedding disasters to know that sometimes the wedding party knows how bad it has been, but the guests just see a great time. Paul's life had been empty, but Dan wasn't going to let his brother do all that without trying to repay his kindness. So Paul might just have to keep running into Robert until he sees what is right in front of him.

Well Paul was calling in all sorts of favors as well as making deals to see that Dan's wedding was perfect. Sometimes all you can do is your best. Glad you enjoyed it Dyno.

Thanks Bill. Family ties can be strong and make people do more than they usually would. Paul and Robert have to work things out but I suspect they will get it right in the end.

Cole, I am not a great one for time pieces usually, however yours kept my full attention. You wove a compelling tale, splicing your own creation into history and doing it while keeping the fear, the love, and even the small community feeling to it all. The whispers and gossip were things every small town knew.I like how you included a pastor who could see what was happening, but didn't decide to judge it because he had his own experiences with people. Can't tell you how much I enjoyed it all, even down to the farming, which I have seen and helped with. Wayne

Hail, hail, the whole gangs back. I do so love your little threesome. It is painful watching Moshe, Lisco, and Miah try to get together. Moshe and Lisco are so willing to whatever they need to allow Miah to accept them. Moshe is such a sweet man/alien. I like the idea of the gentle giant. Lisco keeps showing how much they want Miah. Miah just keeps getting himself into one little issue after another. Glad to see they are all going to his stake. Can't wait to see where the next story takes us. Is it fall yet?

It was so nice to see these two again and know they are working things out. Everyone still accounted for, making their presence known, but the two finding themselves alone and finally having the talk they needed to. Seeing how it all worked out, got to say I really loved it, Addy.
