    Die Forelle

Oooohh. Definitely something there. But this could get really complicated, I sense. Intriguing! Looking forward to the next one - hopefully also with more about the Rita situation. Stay safe!
  2. Hah! I knew it! The sheriff set Coy straight - or maybe not....... 😉 Go for it, boys! 🤠💕🙏 Another awesome chapter - and another long week ahead before the next one....🥺

    Isolde

I can totally follow you there - and I can hardly wait for Rick to explode and tell senior to shut the fuck up and retire. I really think he needs to do that. Great story, Parker! Thank you!
  4. Well you damn sure beat up our boy pretty bad, didn't you? Lucky that Coy was around to make sure, we still have a story to follow. Anyway, what is it with that boy? Did he finally realize that he is ment to be with Boone - or did the sheriff go and kick his arse ind the right direction? Or was he too scared to face the world without Boone to guide him? You sure got some explaining to do, pardner! Love everything about this story! Thank you, Gary!

    Chapter 30

    Hopefully rather soon, hmmm?..........😁
  6. Oh shit! This is going to be one hell of a long week! Awesome chapter - and the mother of all cliffhangers included!

    Chapter 13

Hi Buz Sorry if I was a bit vague about "the gay stuff". Like you, I don't need sex scenes - I even find them a bit tiresome, if there's to much of that in a story. I'm not here for porn, but there are so many other aspects of being gay, that I would like to see in a story on a gay site. When I come to this site, I expect to find stories about how people - be it the characters themselves, their friends and realtives, their general sorroundigs etc. - deal with someone being gay. If there is nothing of that, I might as well just go and find my stories elsewhere.

    Chapter 13

Hey CL Nice story, a nice main character with nice parents. Really good people! And I love the social responsibility twist of the story. That said, there are some things that I miss in this story. Don't take this the wrong way. I think you're a very promising writer, but I do have a few suggestions to make you even better. I miss a bit more drama. It's very much smooth sailing and every day tasks. I miss a more prominent love story - and some more gay stuff in general - this is a gay story site, you know.....😏 But most of all I miss getting to know your characters. I don't know much about what they're feeling or their personalities. My suggestion would be to use some more dialogue in your next story. That'll help a lot to show, who your characters are. You're a good writer. You can do it. Looking forward to your next story.

    Chapter 4 Lawman

Great! Long journeys cover more ground!......😁

    Chapter 4 Lawman

I am really enjoying this story, especially the authentic feel of the language, and the great plot. It's almost like watching af western with a very special twist. Looking very much forward to see, what happens next.

    Chapter 17

And so, everybody got, what they deserved. Except Kathy, maybe, but anyway she got a chance to take her homophobic self and get on with her life. and find herself a straight husband. And what an awesome finale! A perfect ending to a mindblowing story. I like it so very much, when a story makes you feel something, and this one certainly did on so many levels. Thank you for sharing it with us!

    Chapter 30

I'm pretty sure I don't like Jeff and Jack very much. I do hope they'll start to grow up really soon. Young and horny does not have to equal inconsiderate and unfaithful in my book.....

    Chapter Twelve

Hmmm. Is that even an issue, anymore? I'm siding with Freddy on this one! Awesome chapter, by the way. Love the way the plot thickens - drastically, one might ad.

    Exes and Ohs

Sorry to hear about your physical ordeal - but delighted to hear, that you are doing great now. Nothing like a medical condition succesfully cured to make you appreciate life. I know - been there myself a few years ago. I certainly must aggree, that you do "lighthearted and fun" quite well indeed. And you're not the only one in love with Tristan and Finn. Can't wait to see, what you're going to do with them.... Love, Leo

    Hill of Candles

Maybe you could put at little of this into your future writing now and then. A little mystery and hints of the unknown can be quite enticing....😃 And thank you for that. Stories where everyone ends up battered, broken, miserable or dead never did the trick for me... Thanks again for sharing your words with us here at GA.

    Hill of Candles

Wow. That was unexpected - so different from your recent stories, but interesting on a whole new level. I can't help fearing, that the topic of reincarnations originates from our fear, that this life is all we get. Nevertheless there are so many indications in religion and elsewhere, that our souls get more chances to learn and become better. It seems to me, that most religions in some way mirror the same basic truth - only depicted to be somewhat understandable for the society they emerged in. Brian, thanks a lot for giving us serious food for thought!

    Exes and Ohs

Hey Fish I just wanted to say, that I enjoy this story very much. Good plot, great dialogue - very well written. Looking forward to the next chapters! Thank you for posting!

    Kieran & Kennedy

As always, I love your guys and the slow burning drama. Can't wait to see, what you'll come up with next!
  19. Dearest goat You are very much forgiven! Circumnavigation was an epic accomplishment and I can easily see how it could take over your life. Good for you that you were able to break away for a while, even if you were missed. I am very much looking forward to read something new from your hand and mind.
  20. Of course you have poetic license - just teasing..... Our visit to DC was planned well before I found the CJ series, but the story was a welcome inspiration as to which sights in DC to see. By sheer coincidence we actually stayed in Georgetown, and it was really good to see the story's setting for real. As I'm living in Europe, I'll probably not get that opportunity again. So, thanks a lot for providing an extra reason for a memorable vacation!
  21. Yeah - I was there a week ago on a visit to DC. Almost too much pink, if you ask me..... but I did keep an eye out for CJ in Georgetown. By the way, Carlos: You are cheating! There are no houses on Prospect Street with a view of the1789 AND more than a single garage.....
  22. Bill Christiansen: Cliffhangers? CJ? Really! CJ says there are no cliffs anywhere near! Muahahahahaha!!! CJ: OK. You get away with it this time. Even if the killing of Julie may cause a slight feeling of unease about, what the end will be like, this latest chapter does not raise my level of anxiety above what is manageable. Much to my surprise! But I expect that was the intention, though. In my opinion you raised the level of this story even further by adding the formula of unexpected actions. Will you ever seize to amaze? Hopefully not! Thanks again for a most amazing story!! And Happy New Year, everyone, and CJ especially. May it be a good one for all of you! Yours Truly Leo Christopher (slightly tipsy from bubbly things out of a bottle, as the new year is already here, where I am.)
  23. I haven't read the new chapter yet........BUT: I sense from the replies above, that The Mountain Goat has done it again! So, I'm having an internal debate whether to read it and be terribly anxious for the next week, or if I should just wait, until the story is finished! Decisions, decisions! (he cried, tearing at the sparse hair on his head while banging his head against the wall.....) Evil and abusive Goat!
  24. Never heard of mountain goats? I am most certainly beginning to think, that what we have here, is a fine specimen of those!
  25. Wow. What a lot of feedback. CJ, you must really be overjoyed by now, and you deserve every bit of it! This story is indeed magnificent, even if I do hate it, when the cliffs are too high. (I always did have a fear of heights.) And before you go on to say "Cliffs? What Cliffs??", you may consider to just leave it. I and many others know, that even if there were only distant cliffs in this particular chapter, you are probably planning something really, REALLY evil for the next chapter. Which is, of course, why this story is so captivating. Thanks a lot for one of the best reads I've had this year. All my love Leo.
