That was truly a lovely and fitting tribute to your Mom. I'm one of the TRULY BLESSED!! My Mom and Dad are both still with me (87 & 94) so I'm still getting the wisdom and parenting. 😊 And my grand-daughter is benefiting from knowing her great-grandparents very well. They live 25 minutes from me and and my grand daughter spends the day with them on days that school is out. The battle of wills between my mom and my grand -d are hilarious and just as epic as the ones between her and my daughters. All of them are strong willed and then there's the peace keeper, me! 🤣 So cherish your memories, G. and make sure you pass on ALL the stories, especially the ones from your childhood. And I believe that your Mom has spoken to each of your grands before they come to grace you with their presence.

You put into beautiful words exactly how I feel sometimes. Those are the days when I get up to start my day and then my mood changes, "so I turn back, needing safety this day". This was me last week. And then it passed and I was back to my 'normal' sunny self. 🙂 Thank you for expressing this feeling so well for me.

Lovely imagery. But it made me cold. 😊 If I see snow crystals, I'm not leaving the house. And neither is the rest of the city. As everyone should know by now, Atlanta doesn't handle ice and snow very well. We panic and close schools and businesses, buy all the food in the grocery stores worry about trees falling on cars and houses and taking out power lines, and then it melts by evening or the next day. 🤣

Upper 20's???? No, nope. Can't do it. We had 67 and 72 degree days last week and then it rained and dropped the temps to 44 and 34 tomorrow. My hip and knee try to tell me to stay inside, but until I can work from home, I rub them with ointment and drag myself to work. The good things are, this is Atlanta, and our winter's are mild and spring will probably start next month. And we haven't seen snow in about 2 years...knock on wood! 😁 I've never been sledding or built a fort.

In that case, I'll just get a bath towel ready! 😉

Chester finally grieved for the love he lost and the pain he suffered. Mark was able to truly apologize and provide an explanation and Jordy will be the support that Chester will need to become the man he should have been all along. It's over???? 😲 But....but...I've been reading this since 2015!!!! 😭 When I started I had no idea how captivating and involved the story of a alien fox spaceship captain who kidnaps his favorite ex-soccer player would be. And I had no idea of the adventure that I would be taken on and the people I would meet and fall in love with and now BABIES!!! 😍 And no, Rios, you will never live down the fact that you fainted during delivery. 🤣 (the delivery was as hilarious as I knew it would be 😂) Liam is Chases' one. Will we see this play out in the sequel? Letting Ade and Cas have their one on one time was a lovely (smexy) way to come full circle and thanks for giving us a brief reminder of what we've experienced with them. I truly loved this story and will miss everyone. Now I'm going to read Cuddlefish. 😉 Again, Thank you, dear authors, for this wonderful story that I'll never forget. 😘
