LOL, you may have a point - although we don't know if there are other Cupid-Guardian couples. However, Guardians are previous humans whereas Cupids are born angels, so they do start out differently. Yes Diego and Sablo have a lot in common.
-
Thanks Parker. Theo's reaction was a shock to Sablo (and me ), and now we're scrambling to make it up to him. Whether we'll be successful remains to be seen, but at least Ayil paved the way.

Thank you. Guardian Angels always think they can fix matters. But they've never dealt with an angry and devastated cupid before. I'm delighted the sheets incident resonated with you. That part was a sudden inspiration as I wrote. I'm quite proud about almost making you cry over that part.

Thanks, Pedro. I think Ayil has to be stern as a commander, in order to keep all those flighty cupids in check. But that doesn't mean he's immune to the romantic stuff. Also, I think he considers Theo and Sable his responsibilty, since he personally shot them. It wouldn't look good if their relationship failed. As for whatever may be going on between Ariel and Ayil ? (Actually, I have no idea. This is all Aditus. )
-
LOL they need to work on how to communicate.

Thanks for the warning, I'll try to check in regularly. But I only have internet in my hotel room. My vacation is great btw. I apologize for not posting a new Prompt chapter Sunday, I completely forgot. On the other hand, it will give @Drew Espinosa a chance to catch up.

Well, even I did know about Section 28. Sounds like Russia today. And this was in force until 2003. Maybe not so surprising there are still parents in Britain who object to their children learning about the existence of homosexuality as part of the school curriculum. I think that fall was lucky in that it gave Eric a chance to experience a wonderful example of an affectionate gay couple. To warm his lonely heart at the fire of their love and to be shown there is nothing wrong or strange about two men loving each other.

Sablo had almost finished packing when his brother arrived. He was collecting the four or five pictures of him and Theliel which stood or hung in the apartment, fearing his partner might be angry enough to destroy them. Diego walked through the front door in combat gear, but without his weapons, and the two brothers stared at each other for a long moment. “You ready to go?” Diego’s clipped tone revealed nothing of his thoughts. “Almost. Let me just walk through the place to see whether I

Yeah, seems like we hardly need any devils to lead humans astray. LOL, I did wonder how I suddenly got credited with that observation. -

Yep, you're on the right track. Too many fecking humans on this planet. Imps are mostly about mischief, but the higher classes of devils will do their best to turn souls evil. Such souls are not immediately reusable, is my guess. They may not even get into the cloak, but only Azrael knows about that. -

@ColumbusGuy That's sweet of you, CG. I'm glad you're supporting Denmark's claim as the land of origin for Great Dane dogs, in spite of Germany trying to claim the honor and saying the breed should be called 'deutsche Dogge'. Interestingly, the English Wiki page says that Great Dane is a German breed of domestic dog, while the Danish Wiki page laboriously explaining why the breed is considered Danish in spite of being called Grand Danois in Scandinavia. So in fact this SATW comic got it wrong https://satwcomic.com/wrong-identity PS you're right about Volvo, and I have to admit my temper is more like Brother Sweden in some ways. But I'm a Dane and we definitely do not like to be confused with Swedes, LOL. -

Things were going so nicely with the dinner - and then bang, major derailment. But we'll do our best to get back on track. (Sorry, a lot of train drivers went on strike today, in Denmark. I was just reading about it and I think I got a pun infection.) -
Prompt 593 What did you promise this time?
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 593 What did you promise this time?
@ColumbusGuy It's OK for some scenes to be a little sentimental, but I always worry about overdoing it, because I don't have much experience in writing romance. And there is nothing wrong with being unsentimental, rational and logical. That's my default mode - and also in the stories I write. -

Ha, ha, you probably feel like Nelson and Eric have been dating for years, but they haven't even been a couple for a month in story time. They're still exploring how best to enjoy each other with hands and mouths. -

You're absolutely right. Rob may tease them about interruptions, but he's much more likely to help them have some intimate moments. -

I can't feature Jasper in every chapter, but I promise to think about including him more. Maybe I should write a chapter from his POV ? LOL I hope reach the Prom long before chapter 99. -

I'm glad you liked that little C joke, I had fun coming up with it. The talk took a long time to get just right, so it's wonderful to know it worked. As for missing Rob -
Two Brothers Go on a Mission
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Two Brothers Go on a Mission
Such a worry could perhaps be behind Diego being sent on those special missions and getting the attention of Azrael. Maybe the Powers think it would be good for the Angel of Death to get a partner to prevent them from giving up ? The uncollected souls would be lost, and eventually (all) humans would be soulless. Although the ghost concept could also be a possibility. -
gender & sexuality Trans Day of Visibility
Timothy M. commented on Thorn Wilde's blog entry in The Fantastic Mr. Wilde
If you want to dress like a boy and feel like a boy some days, and dress like a girl and feel like a girl other days, then you should feel free to do so. People around you will soon get used to you saying or showing who you are in any specific moment. I think that the more people who challenge the gender norms in many different ways, the more people will have to revise their rigid hetero- or homo-normative thinking. Hopefully, we'll end up in a world where tolerance and acceptance is worth more than religion and tradition. fra Danmark -
Well, if Gabe keeps putting his foot in his mouth, I'm not surprised Richie wants to keep his distance. Getting rid of the phone was probably smart, because the sperm donor most likely has a tracker on it. Unless Becky's brother Stephen is also in the closet Richie might be outed at school soon.
