Prompt 619 I can’t believe I’m doing this.
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 619 I can’t believe I’m doing this.
@ColumbusGuy I'm sure Eric will be happy to have an ally who can keep up with Rob's banter and his father's dry wit. Nelson will hopefully tease Eric more considerately than an older brother. Although, Rob is not too bad, since he's also quite protective of Eric. Sorry about making you miss pancakes and scrambled eggs. Don't you have an IHOP or something similar in your town? -

LOL, I'm glad it made your Sunday better. Hope the next chapter will do so as well. -

Yeah, I'm not a morning person but if you serve breakfast at 10 I'm all for the full experience. No baked beans or kippers, though. That line is one of my favorite too, so thank you for mentioning it. -

LOL, you're not the only one who thinks so. Maybe when he goes to college in California. If the right person came along I think he'd be open to the idea, but Rob's still mostly straight. -

You're welcome, dugh. Thank you for being a faithful reader, even when plagues by migraines. -
All due to @aditus' great writing, @Valkyrie's editing and a few naughty bits from me. I'm glad you approve.

Me too, he's always good for a laugh.

I'm delighted to have introduced yet another GA member to the SATW comics. Please read them from the first comic to get the full experience and understanding of Denmark and the rest of the gang. Yep, I had help 'borrowing' a picture of Brother Denmark for my avatar. @droughtquake was it you ? Or did you just suggest I use the one with the beer bottle ?

Yep - almost worth the initial trouble, although I think Theo and Sablo will try to have less catastrophic arguments in the future. I'll leave the coffee question up to @aditus - although Danes are known for their taste for quality coffee, and in copious amounts. Finland and Norway have us beaten, though. https://satwcomic.com/coffee-thief https://satwcomic.com/coffee

Yikes, I guess we're going for horror stories this week. Good luck with the 'jungle' We could use some of that rain here, everything is dry in Scandinavia, and Sweden and Norway have already had several forest fires.

Well, he still had to bear the pain while the tattoo was done, but once he got back to GC, he healed quickly. But because he went corporal and got the 'wounds' in the human realm, the 'scars' stayed. And he did worry a bit about Theo not approving.

It's fun to see the different answers to the same questions. I'd be interested in knowing which answers made people guess a specific person - but perhaps that should wait until you reveal the author.
-
Of course the story isn't over, since the main character is Diego. He'll be the focus of the next chapter. I'm not terribly keen on tattoo's either, but Sablo had to do something epic. The good thing about being a Guardian angel is that if Theo hadn't approved, Sablo could have gotten rid of the tattoo fairly easily (but painfully). Any wounds the Guardians get during training or combat will heal without a trace. So he could have asked his brother to cut out the tattoo.

Thanks, I thought so too. All credit goes to @aditus for this.

Theliel shuffled into Cupid Central. After a night of bad dreams, even the strong coffee Azrael had forced him to drink hadn’t helped to wake him entirely. The Angel of Death had been in a weird mood this morning; even going so far as to slap him on the butt when sending him to work. Theo had wanted to stay home. “Trouble in paradise?” Halaliel sneered behind the reception desk. Theo wasn’t even in the mood to show the idiot his middle finger. He trudged to an empty office and closed the do

I'm ready if you need editing.

Well, that would fit with my assumption too.

As usual I have absolutely no clue. But it must be someone Val knows well.

Hmm I wonder why Carl is considering such a new (and clueless) vampire to become his heir? What will Kit think of that idea?

Chapter Fourteen: Black-Eyed
Timothy M. commented on Thorn Wilde's story chapter in Chapter Fourteen: Black-Eyed
I'd almost forgotten about this epic rant. Poor Thorn, I really laid into him back then. His story does have both a rape and abuse tag, and there is a sexual assault warning on the chapter. I did eventually return to the story and finished reading it. I'm glad I did, and if you can get through the next couple of chapters, you might find it gets better. -
Featured Story: A Bad Day to be WET
Timothy M. commented on wildone's blog entry in Gay Authors News
Awesome - to both replies. We tried to be sneaky by not naming the topic in the review team forum, and @spikey582 uploaded the text as late as possible. I think wildone also posted the review just before it went live. -
Send some over here please, we're having a bad April drought.
-
hear, hear - and add to that the mental abuse of disrespecting the wishes of his ex-wife and showing it by moving his new family into the home of his ex-family and yelling at his oldest son when he objects to this behavior. But if you object to the term sperm donor, @Rndmrunner, I'm happy to call him the abusive, manipulative, egoistic bastard instead.

So, @Myr, did we manage to take you by surprise with this review ? -
Um, what vitriol ? None of us are saying anything against Harley, and while it could be argued that Freddy should have refused to go on the outing, we're not putting much blame on him either. All my vitriol has been directed to the adults plus Gabe. And why is it a 'punishment' to tell Harley (and Freddy) they can go on another outing with Andrew, just not with Richie ? I have no objection to being gainsaid, but please don't accuse us of something we didn't do.
