I haven't tried any natural sleep aid but my dr has me on trazadone it puts me to sleep but only for a couple of hours, and when I do use it the next day my butt is dragging bc I'm so tried I don't think thats a side effect that I should have to deal with.

Sleeping pill or no sleeping pill, I keep waking up at 2:30 am, IDK whats going on but it freaking socks. The worst is by early evening I'm dragging with no energy and keep slipping into SEVERAL short naps....has anyone else have/had this problem ?

Rich Caviar is what I have now I love the color but I'm losing a little more hair than normal, same thing happened with the blue/black, I liked that one too. With fall coming my favorite color to use is deepest burgundy, I haven't found any other color that I would want to use during the fall/winter seasons.

There is absolutely NOTHING that that woman could do now to redeem herself, she has committed the ultimate sin, Richard needs to get rid of her, I don't think he will considering how he responded to Lysander about it being an accident. I hope things get better now for the boys, and I hope Jason takes Jerric up on his offer to try and heal him so he can get his voice back. Just what kind of punishment is she going to receive for this abuse ?? And even though he's not directly responsible will Richard face any backlash from this, IMO he (indirectly) is responsible for not protecting the boys better from her irrational angry and outrage, maybe lossing the boys even if for a short period of time will put things into perspective and she gets the help she definitely needs.

WHY can't that hateful woman just stay away ?? I think that therapy job would be perfect for Devyn, yes he would spend days at work as a wolf BUT he would also have days as a human, the want him to be more human well here's his chance let him have that job !!!!!

Neither boys owe their "mother" ( I put it like that because she is not acting very motherly ) an apology, she is acting like a piss poor loser, the first time her son does something in his human form and wins she has to spoil it by acting like that....SMH.
