I am enjoying the fast pace and the parallels this story has with current events even though this story was posted over a year ago...Some stories are universal I guess.

Happy Birthday Will. Cody's visit was a nice surprise, I was hoping he wouldn't be on the naughty list for the long haul. I hope Will's plan to surprise Zach doesn't backfire...I have an anxious feeling about that...Writing of anxious...My opinion of Alex isn't going to improve if the author keeps putting him in situations that make him seem like a creepy asshole regardless of his peerage status . JJ could do a whole lot better, like anyone else on earth at this point.

I think I understand why Dalen has such an aversion to being "Chosen" the issue is that it's a symbol of not having control over his own life, but regardless of that symbol he will follow his destiny because that is the way he has been raised.

It's difficult to have a destiny, especially if it's not one that's wanted. Unfortunately, Dalen is going to have to suck it up and accept the greatness within and the destiny that it comes with.

Dalen could use time away from his mother. Ultimately she will find that her scheming doesn't pan out in the way that she thinks.
