Immaturity aside, Zach is not someone I'd care to cross. Wally and Clara are blowing any chance of ever having a decent relationship with Zach. They may be able to pull a power play now, but Zach has got an enviable survival streak in him. He will ultimately prevail, but the bridge will be burned and it will be his parents, Clara specifically, who will suffer most. Thanks for the chapter.

I am not a fan of Alex, but I think that JJ jumping to the conclusion that Alex's reaction was relief that JJ was still an "ass virgin" is a bit unfair to Alex. Dropping news of being molested is a big share that I am betting Alex wasn't expecting after great sex. Everyone responds to bad news differently; only the author knows what's going on in Alex's head, but I do think until it becomes clear, some benefit of doubt should be afforded the guy, especially since he's JJ's romantic interest. If Alex is anything like some of the other Granger's in other stories he works really hard to suppress his emotions under a calm veneer and that could be driving his reaction more than any reassurance he's still got a shot at JJ's bum cherry. Thanks for a great update!

Provocative chapter. We are coming up on another chapter in history that I wish we could rewrite, sadly not only can we not...we haven't even fully finished sorting through the impact of the short sighted decisions made during that time. Good grief do things get complicated in the country . Like Wade, Elizabeth's good mood makes me uneasy. JJ's pride would have been better served by not calling (I liken it to calling someone to say "Don't call me," if I truly don't want to talk to another person I don't call them). To think this gem of a chapter was waiting for me all day...blasted responsibilities . It's no shock JJ isn't a big talker, with Will "I destroy Ferrari's when I'm mad" as a brother sometimes it's just nice to accept an apology and move on with one's life. I love that Brad is getting his freak on...and I love that it's with Cam who deserves a HEA in the best way! As always compliments and gratitude abound.
