  1. And he does love a virgin poster.
  2. Not wanting to be tedious, but are we overdue for a chapter?
  3. It's in Atlanta. At least, a store is. I haven't actually seen anyone wearing it.
  4. Happy birthday, hon.
  5. When I moved to the US, the word I found most confusing was"pavement". Everyone knows that Americans use "sidewalk" for what Brits et al call the pavement. But I had no idea about "pavement" until I found a statement in the Drivers' Education manual that no part of the car should leave the pavement at any time.
  6. Hey, congrats! Wonderful news.

    Chapter 16

Well, that was unexpected, although I'm not sure why. And JJ will be more conflicted about Carullo than ever.
  8. Hey, happy birthday!
  9. No offense, but your recall of CAP minutiae is bordering on scary. Well, Alex did sleep with Wade who is kind of an honorary brother (except to Matt, of course). So sort of a triple... Ha! Will dodged a bullet there.
  10. Ha! I knew someone had! :yes:I can't believe I forgot it was Matt. Thanks for the reminder. I believe that Alex was JJ's first real sexual experience (given that the molesting coach didn't "count"). He would never have gotten involved with another skater with the risk involved; he was just pissed off that Will did.
  11. Did Darius ever sleep with ME?
  12. He doesn't have to do the math; he witnessed it first-hand last time Will was in NYC. I think you may have misinterpreted my comment. JJ is well aware that Will has slept with Carullo (as above) and Matt slept with Alex (from the Madonna-whore conversation). I just don't know if he will have thought it through that he'd be two for two with guys who have slept with his brothers.
  13. If JJ does end up in a relationship with Carullo, sooner or later he's probably going to get annoyed that both his lovers had previously slept with one of his brothers.

    Chapter 15

That was one of the funniest chapters in a really long time! Will and JP's making faces at each other through Brad's over-the-top hugs had me cracking up. As did the impromptu drinking session and the fact that JJ had to rescue them. At least he got to carry JP home...they're much more evenly matched in size. My only criticism is that I really wanted to know what Will had planned for Trevor. And I can't help feeling the tiniest bit sorry for Julius. He really didn't have a clue how far out of his depth he was. (Btw, if you feel like fixing a typo..."smiling, then frowning, them smiling again".)
  15. You're the best! Thank you.
  16. So, what are the chances of a holiday chapter tomorrow?
  17. And very good!

    Chapter 57

I always love reviewing after Tim because he will invariably have said all the important bits and I can just chime in with a well-placed "me too". The game was brilliant! While I was fairly certain they'd win, I really liked that you kept them behind until the last minutes of the game. Very exciting! I'm going to have to watch the videos on which Charlie's aerial manoeuver was based. Ollie's flirting in his underwear... But, of course, the star (of both the game and the book) was Ty. I love the brat so much! I just wanted to hug him at the end and tell him good things were coming. Although, I do wonder what would happen if he got drafted and Deon and Jim didn't. Especially Jim, given Patrick's little games. I believe you've said players can't turn down a draft pick, but I assume he could just decline to be drafted at all. Of course, that would end his AFL career aspirations, but I don't think it's an inconceivable outcome given his loyalty to Jim and fairly black-and-white sense of justice. Hopefully Jim's spectacular kicking accuracy during the game will convince one of the interested teams to draft him. Or Ty could convince Patrick to take both of them. Thank you again for a wonderful story. Waiting anxiously for Book 3.
  19. And it happens to all of us.
  20. This one was kind of creepy.
  21. That article doesn't mention that Unabridged (in the heart of Boystown) is the primary gay bookstore in the city. They do mention that Women and Children First (in Andersonville) has a good selection of gay literature, although maybe with a more lesbian slant. Both are well worth visiting.

    Chapter 37

Not the most exciting of battles given how outmatched Généreux was by the four British ships, but another great opportunity to showcase Granger's leadership skills, graciousness and generosity. The contrast with Berry was excellent; I really hope Macclesfield learned something from the experience. Thank you again! The new chapter was a delightful surprise.
  23. And it did! Thanks, hon.
  24. If you're going to go up a tall building, I would do Hancock rather than Sears (or whatever they're calling it now): more accessible, on the water so views are better, cheaper, and no annoying intro film. It is also on the Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave shopping) and close to the Museum of Contemporary Art. For art, though, the Art Institute is a must. Next-door Millennium Park is also very cool with some awesome sculptures (including the now-iconic "bean").

    Chapter 14

No offense, but Brad's hallucinations leave me a bit . Regardless, it seems to have given him the swift butt kicking he needed to take responsibility and head back (and into the fray). Marc, on the other hand, was a petulant little shit. And I still think he's part of ED's master plan (or somebody's master plan, at any rate). Loved, loved, loved the various family members' reactions to JJ's revenge! Can't wait to learn the rest of Will's plan(s)! And I guess it didn't matter that Will outed Zach to Carullo, after all.
