I did find the Director's response to all the media's questions about the two leads and also the Scott Hunter character if they are gay, interesting. He said something along the lines of, if I asked anyone else their sexual orientation in any other line of work other than acting, how long would it be before I was in front of an HR or Legal department? Excellent answer!! That supposedly ended the questions from the media en masse. You can read about the characters lives leading up to and including the shooting and infer what you want to infer about their sexuality. Kind of like how a good writer doesn't necessarily need a sex scene in their story to let the readers imagination take them where they want to go. I am of the belief that 1, probably 2, maybe 3 are gay . A quick google search shows one is openly bi since about 2020. But the rest is only in my head Bad, Steve

I don't know if I should take this as a compliment or a complaint I do have to thank AJ and Myr who came up with a query to run. Back when I took over the Weekly Update from Renee, you had to sort all stories from the most recent update and then pull out the Hosted (Signature at the time) and Promising and post. With Myr's query, it eliminated the sometimes missed stories from manual or the original query. Also, it now includes all the other categories of Authors too! Which gives great exposure to everyone who takes the time to contribute to the site with chapters/stories/poems.

Season 1 has finished after only 5 episodes. I guess everyone is surprised at the worldwide attention and to this series, Crave and HBO Max are Season 2 has been scheduled, but who knows when the release will be. Krista heard late 2026, early 2027. Both Crave and HBO Max (US and Australia) has had the highest new series ever watching, and large increases of subscribers. Who knew

This has been talked about and usually ends up with hurt feelings on both sides of the topic of people with strong opinions, and ends up being closed. We are a community of both female, male and other members on the rainbow . If you want to start a poll, feel free! I do suggest you do moderate it yourself so people are not attacking others based on if they are male, female, gay, straight, etc. It takes a lot to make a community and the diversity of GA is what makes it work too. I'd hate to see people stop contributing because they felt they were not appreciated. Good Luck! If it starts to go sideways, it will be moved to the Pit or just closed though.

LOL, I do apologize 🙃 With having Tues, Wed, Thurs, Frid, Sat, Sun off, I dropped the ball, or the Christmas Present !! I was at a poker game until 2 AM and got home to walk the puppy dog I'm dog sitting and crashed in bed after the short but brisk walk in the near -40 C/F weather last night 🥶 I've tried to do the full update with edits, and 3 times now got to the end and hit a wrong formatting thing and hit the back button, only to loose everything I give up. I think Brokeback Mountain was great! To me it was a ture love story, one that I think men have and still have to contend with, having one foot in the straight world and another in the gay world, where they would actually want to be. Also the fact that it was probably one of the biggest studio releases of its time to show a gay love story. Can you imagine Ang Lee trying to find a studio to fund it? 'Hey, I have the great book that was made into a screenplay and I want to put it on the big screen around the world' 'Oh, what is the premise?' Two gay cowboys in rural Wyoming in the 1960's to the 1980's that find each others and spend the rest of their lives chasing that dream of being together.' CLICK Add in the fact that my family doctor, an employee of mine at the time and friend, were all extras, I might be biased You and me need to have a discussion about what sports have balls and which have pucks, big difference The only balls in Heated Rivalry is the ones flopping around in the sex scenes (sadly, we don't get to see them, just bare asses and such.

When I first read this, I said to Krista something like, "Are you crazy. Joel doesn't need to get into another fight. This is not going to look good." She never talked to me for around 20 hours. I don't care if she already went to bed and did not respond until I signed on the next evening. It still was about 20 hours 😮. How rude!! The more I thought about it, I'm thinking of all the changes and growing that Joel has done. I don't really see this now as a setback in anyway. If he has the confidence and more important, knowledge, that he can take care of himself, and indirectly others, then he must also know that if anyone finds out or if Davin and him come out, he can take care of himself. Also, he did show restraint which he didn't have before. He didn't punch Jaxton like he did with Jonny, and even offered him a hand up to make himself look like the bigger man and cooler head! Yes @Jason Rimbaud, them holding hands after a tangle in the dirt was hot I guess the only ones that he can't use his new found knowledge of being able to defend himself is with Celia and Trace. I do wonder, since Trace and Celia are loosely 'guardians' over Joel until his 18th, which might be soon if I recall. I did your research so you can compare Joel to your previous lovers The fabulous Krista shared already From Chapter 25, talking about the coach: Gavin is taller than Joel, Joel is taller than Davin, I think Gavin is taller than Davin by an couple of inches and I believe both Colt and Trace are taller than Gavin slightly too. So I'd say Joel is 6'2 and Davin 6'1, Gavin 6'3 and Colt and Trace in the 6'4 range too. That is if everyone is in full inch increments But you know guys, they always say things are bigger than what they really are . I'll let you take it from there
