Today was horse racing day. I watched coverage of Royal Ascot in the morning, and then the Belmont races this afternoon. What a day of racing! Some outstanding races

Good morning! It's nice and sunny out. Supposed to get into the mid-80s today. My plan for the day is to organize and upload the pics I took of my model horse collection. Maybe do some writing too

Good idea. I do that with some things, but not usually with seasoning because I don't always measure, but rather season to taste.

Just open the large part of the pepper container and dump it in until my mouth burns when I taste it.

Well I didn't do it on purpose I do like to go heavy on the black pepper, but I accidentally spilled it into the sauce It was inedible until I added some cream to cool it down. I didn't need to season anything else and it ended up tasting just fine. Thank goodness!
