I agree. I don't really think Prince Feroz is a bad guy. He's definitely intrigued by Somesh and I hope he doesn't make him do anything he doesn't want to or isn't ready for. Hopefully we're right about him not being a bad guy.

The descriptions are very good. I get a clear sense of time and place and of the characters. I'm looking forward to seeing how this all plays out!

They actually filmed one of those eligible prince ones in the town I used to work in, so of course I had to watch it I haven't managed to catch the sequel yet, though

Great interview! I read this shortly after I joined the site and I highly recommend it. This is an epic adventure, right up there with the best of them! There were points where I thought there's no way they're getting out of this... and yet CJ managed to do just that in a plausible way. The amount of research that went into this story is very impressive. I'm really glad to hear there are more stories in the works. They'll be worth the wait.

I've enjoyed Lilansui's stories that I've read so far, but I haven't read this one yet. I'll definitely add it to the list!

After a few health scares with myself, family, and friends this year, I'm thankful to have us all relatively healthy, sane, and able to get together to celebrate this year after not being able to get together last year. I'm also incredibly grateful to finally be back to work. The silver lining of the pandemic for me was having an extended furlough and getting a new perspective on life. While losing my job of 15 years was tough to deal with, I couldn't wait for them to bring me back any longer and, after sending in a few applications, found an even better job--one that was pretty much tailor made for me. I have a four day weekend Thank you to all who work retail and have to deal with the general public. I spent four years working in retail and all I can say is no thank you And finally, thank you to all who make GA the wonderful place it is. The ongoing upgrades, anthologies, community, and stories make this site so incredibly special to so many people. A simple thank you doesn't seem like it's enough.
