And back to the mighty Raptor. Each year on the last Friday in September, National Gay Men’s HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NGMHAAD) builds awareness and increases education about this disease. The day also focuses on finding ways to eliminate the disease. On the fourth Friday in September, National BRAVE Day honors women who lift each other up, rescue each other and make each other BRAVE. It's National Compliance Officer Day and also Situational Awareness Day. We'll also be snacking on Dumplings.

One of the things they look at is the bears fishing skills. It's Open The Magic Day. This National Day celebrates read alouds, picture books, the love of reading, and students who struggle to find their reading voice. Picture books are for everyone so get ready for your confetti moment. It's National Daughter's Day. It's also National Research Administrator's Day. For lunch today, we'll enjoy Quesadilla's. For dinner, we'll have Lobster.

This reminds me of the voting going on this week, thru next Tuesday, during Fat Bear Week. I don't remember who is doing this. Each day, two bears are selected to be voted on. The loser is eliminated. Today is World Dense Breast Day. We also have National Punctuation Day. It's also National Women's Health and Fitness Day. Our snack of the day is Cherries Jubilee. Bing says it's also World Bollywood Day.

Today is National Snack Stick Day. It's also Restless Leg Awareness Day. We also have Teal Talk Day. On September 23, National Checkers Day (which is also known as Dogs in Politics Day) recognizes Political Pooches or Candidate Canines, First Fidos, or Revolutionary Rovers. Besides the Snack Sticks, we have Great American Pot Pie Day.
