    CJ is becoming self-aware, which is good. Dragon is being helpful, which is good. The fathers took action, which is good. Felix is ...well he's a kid and sometimes teenage humor isn't very PC. I hope he learns. Owen is ...well I guess we wait for him (and Brad and Paddy) to get there. CJ will have a yard full of stuff to sort through. Whew! A great chapter Carlos! Made us think and spikey rant!

    Thanks CG! Yes, Gary's diplomatic approach was so much smarter than Toph's 19 year old taunts. Gary seems to be gently helping Toph grow. Selling art? Toph hasn't thought of it yet, but will soon be faced with that decision.

    A lot of nice things here, Ron. But the two that stood out for me were Curtis with Lane on his lap and Casey thanking his father. Both moments represented a sea change.

    Thank you for those beautiful comments Hunter! It was a tough one to write. "Catharsis" is a good word. Sometimes the connection with my characters (especially David) causes many reviewers to get angry with him or me.

    It's good Barry is on the mend, there's healing there. I think Ryan's dreams are a form of healing too. The mind suppresses to protect. When that breaks down, it usually means it considers the person well enough to begin healing. Clayton's love certainly has helped Ryan reach this breakthrough, and he'll need to be patient and supportive. But, we know he will. Nice chapter Rex!

    Thanks tim! Picturing Mike's giant hands chopping is quite a thing. chuckle. It does appear things are turning positive for Toph, and I agree with you on the wisdom of slow progress. But only two kisses in a month! Yikes!

    Well, it'll be interesting to see what Thanksgiving weekend brings between Devin and Alex. It'll also be interesting to see what returning to school will bring with Vincente. It would be best if Devin lets Alex down gently and then they can both move on with their lives. I wonder where Vincente has disappeared to?

    An interesting chapter Tim, showing a lot of give and take, or give and give, at times. But it's all the loosening up and comfortable feelings with each other that exhibits the relationship between Patrick and Peter deepening. Now about that neighbor.

    OK - things are back to the way they were before with Adam and Kevin. But they aren't. Kevin seems needier of Adam. That's interesting right there. Finally, next chapter we see how Adam handles becoming Peter again. That will really be interesting. Thanks for giving us this, oat!

    Curtis doesn't want to be seen with Casey because people might think he's gay. So how will he rationalize Joshua? That guy's a damp rat! But on the more serious side, Curtis took advice from Casey and didn't run away from home. That was worth the whole chapter, Ron! Thanks!

    Thanks jess! I don't think Gary knows ANY Roman history. He only knows his family's codewords. I get the feeling Lanni doesn't know anything about Cal's reputation beyond what she sees in bio. She's pretty sheltered from school gossip. Now, maybe Deena knows. Ouch! Cal might be in over his head for once.

    Thanks Parker! Yes, when WILL Twoey wake up? We're so used to David being the clueless one. Speaking of whom, Vlad and Derek won't but somebody will and will also give him a deadline, in more ways than one.

    Thanks spikey, I think Erik is finding Twoey simply too easy to control. Twoey has to be in a fog of love at the moment, or a fog of something. Right now David is only focused on the 3 assaulters. The others are safely in a box on a shelf in his mind. But he'll figure it out.
