    Thanks for the wonderful review Def! Ginny was pretty sneaky smart about that, even though David was terrified. I don't think she realized the connection between David and Danny though. And you know what? I don't think David does yet either. His mind is awfully full of those little shoe boxes he files away. I'll bet there's one called "I love Danny" What is he ever going to do about Enos? Now he's even got a disciple living a block away!

    Haha! Thanks Parker! Yep. The title doesn't say WHOSE day it is to remember. If it weren't for the outside influences you allude to, this relationship between T and D could probably be on a pretty fast track. David has, in effect, 2 shrinks helping him and he's admitting suppressed feelings to himself. If only...

    A very nice chapter Parker! It becomes abundantly clear why Andy needed to return. Now he has a whiff of peer friendship, he can't let go. That's so good for him. Not only the friendship, but Kaz making him a runner and building his body (to where he'll need new clothes ) and Zander teaching him to skate and throw snowballs. All the stuff he missed in his former life. He should have caught on that Mary Ellen isn't the gf. She asks Andy about Z's house and room. She doesn't have a clue about all the things she should have known. Maybe the penny will eventually drop. Kaz and Terry make a cute couple in more ways than one!! Thanks for this great chapter. It's nice to feel Andy smile.

    Thanks for your kind words Def! Maybe Nico DID view himself as more than a tennis partner. It will be interesting to see how Toph handles visibility. It'll also be interesting to see if we've finally lost that frickin' third person pov!

    Thanks for the comment jess! I guess we need to be careful how we pronounce words from now on! hehe As always, with a single POV, we need to be aware of the possibility events could be colored by the narrator. It's a risk we take as readers. Joanne does seem to be a good presence in that strange 3 man mix, doesn't she?

    This is a difficult review to write tim. There is little than one, least of all me, can say to alleviate your pain. As Gary mentioned, it is a victory of days. You know, as well as I, the answer must come from within, the most difficult source of all. What you wrote was clear, accurate and it hurt. It hurt to read as I'm certain it hurt to write.     Thanks jess and YAY you're all caught up! There's too many chapters in this little saga ...hehe! David seems to be moving forward, but you know how it is with him At least the Kathy phase is over. whew! It's good he's looking beyond himself for help too ...a sure sign of maturing. Ginny has a plan for the meeting Sunday, and on the surface it seems cruel. But you're correct in that she's competent (and sneaky). Thanks again for sticking with David & Twoey!

    Oh Dodger! This is really getting sticky! At least Robbie has Nathan second guessing now. I wonder how future bus stop meetings will go? Part 2 is gonna be seriously interesting. I can't wait! Nicola will probably spill everything to Daniel, who'll expect a play by play. Maybe not. I still have a funny little feeling about Daniel. OK enough of that. Robbie doesn't need any more complications! Great Part 1, gearing up for Part 2!!

    A good chapter MrM! Jamie's little sister, huh? That's an interesting thing. The entourage put Jamie in a slightly dimmer light from the way Billy's eyes always see him. That's good too. It's nice he had a sort of resolution re: Joe. It's also funny to see how Brandon and Billy perceive these first meetings. They're both attracted, but think the other guy isn't so much. That's cute. Looking forward to the next one!!

    A revealing chapter Parker! Lots of information related to Andy and even some of the adults around him ...and how they interact with him. That he turned left was understandable. That he turned back was satisfying. As Angel mentioned in a previous review, I too had the feeling his friends were speaking about him and Zander. Well done friend!

First he symbolically washed his hand(s) of her, then later, scrubbed her out of his life. Sunday's meeting is going to be significant, no mystery there. And ...Twoey can SPEAK!

    Thanks for all the great comments, jess! I think Kathy had some kind other plan (maybe more intimate?) in mind for Sat., since David didn't know there were any plans at all. She got out-manipulated. You're correct, Matty was getting a little heated, especially when he saw the effect he was having on David. It's a good thing he didn't know it was the fantasy causing it ...that might have been the trigger making it MORE than a close call ...haha.

    Hey CG, thanks for the review! Well I think the scene you alluded to was so gross it finally triggered what we all wanted. I'm glad you picked up on the shame Nels felt. It's pretty obvious now he knows he was WAY wrong. Don't give up on Gary. As you suspect, tomorrow's meeting and revelation is going to be significant for both boys. Will it be enough?

    Thanks for the review Parker! Yes, sometimes David gets no breaks. He doesn't handle 'uncontrollable' situations well and it seems once he gets his head above water with a few of them, another one or ten push him under! Have a great trip!

David can be obtuse sometimes Speaking of obtuse, the belief his father didn't love him makes you wonder how his mind is working. Sorry about your tears. The next chapter will certainly be significant, hopefully not too tears-producing. It's a hump Twoey must get over though. It will also resurface memories suppressed by David. There is an eerie parallel between David's advice to Biggy and what Matty's doing ...hehe. I loved your comment about Matty's metabolism. You had an interesting thought about Dr. Keating. Do you think Ginny 'prepared' him a little?
