    "smart and handsome" yep. Bodie came through big time today! And Mark did too. I'll admit it, I think I wrote some bad sh*t about him some chapters ago. I really had no hope for him. As usual, Big Mike has a knack for stealing the scene with very few, but well timed, words. I can't wait until everyone sees Bodie's gift box. I wonder which trait Nate will choose to have engraved on Bodie's charm? Thanks for this fine chapter Gary!

    Ah finally! You should have used 'finally' as the title, rustle ...hehe. It was a beautiful chapter and beautifully written. Thanks for letting the boys come together so naturally and so inevitably. I love this story.

    A tender chapter Parker. I think Andy is in good hands now (finally). Monica will care for him. The Lawyer will take care of him. Zander will envelop him in the cocoon of love he's never had, but desperately needs. Lots of interesting things ahead: Daddy's plan, T & K, his employers, and even the priest! Thanks for this!

    Oh gosh AC, what an amazing review! Thank you for all your kind words. I was a little worried about the pov shifts, OK a LOT worried, hoping they would express what I was trying to paint. And there were only 3 chapters to get it accomplished. Clearly Toph has a long way to go, and only 21 more chapters to get it accomplished. Thanks for hanging in there!

    Thanks for the wonderful review Def! Ginny was pretty sneaky smart about that, even though David was terrified. I don't think she realized the connection between David and Danny though. And you know what? I don't think David does yet either. His mind is awfully full of those little shoe boxes he files away. I'll bet there's one called "I love Danny" What is he ever going to do about Enos? Now he's even got a disciple living a block away!

    Haha! Thanks Parker! Yep. The title doesn't say WHOSE day it is to remember. If it weren't for the outside influences you allude to, this relationship between T and D could probably be on a pretty fast track. David has, in effect, 2 shrinks helping him and he's admitting suppressed feelings to himself. If only...

    A very nice chapter Parker! It becomes abundantly clear why Andy needed to return. Now he has a whiff of peer friendship, he can't let go. That's so good for him. Not only the friendship, but Kaz making him a runner and building his body (to where he'll need new clothes ) and Zander teaching him to skate and throw snowballs. All the stuff he missed in his former life. He should have caught on that Mary Ellen isn't the gf. She asks Andy about Z's house and room. She doesn't have a clue about all the things she should have known. Maybe the penny will eventually drop. Kaz and Terry make a cute couple in more ways than one!! Thanks for this great chapter. It's nice to feel Andy smile.

    Thanks for your kind words Def! Maybe Nico DID view himself as more than a tennis partner. It will be interesting to see how Toph handles visibility. It'll also be interesting to see if we've finally lost that frickin' third person pov!

    Thanks for the comment jess! I guess we need to be careful how we pronounce words from now on! hehe As always, with a single POV, we need to be aware of the possibility events could be colored by the narrator. It's a risk we take as readers. Joanne does seem to be a good presence in that strange 3 man mix, doesn't she?

    Thanks so much tim for your wonderful comments! Haha ... if you only knew how many times the word 'quite' got cut and put back in that sentence!!! The 'wicked' switches are finally over, unless Toph goes back behind his armor.
