    Thanks for the great review Lisa! I guess this was the first time we 'heard' Danny speak for any length of time and he does have a certain patter to his chatter. And yeah, I know the paragraphs you refer to and I had mulled it over. I know it broke a technical rule, but I felt it was unambiguous and hung together better than with a big space in the middle. Please don't take away my birthday.

    Thanks Defiance! Aw ...poor Ian. I recently read a piece in The New Yorker about the old Time magazine practice of returning an article to the author with 'Green #' if they wanted him to delete whatever number of words. I use that repeatedly when creating these. It's marvelously effective!

    Haha!! Perfect Tim! I glanced at this prompt at about 1 AM today but by then my mind was mush, having been awake for 20 straight hours, 4 of which involved lots of physical activity. I'm glad I didn't think about it for long, because I could never have topped this! Thanks for sharing!

    Very well done Krista! As drpaladin said, it tied up what was needed. I liked that it left open what was to come, but left open in a hopeful way. The entire story was entertaining and enjoyable. Thanks for sharing!!

    Thanks for the review Parker! You're right about the mystery. It improves, but ever so slowly. You made an interesting comment about Tommy. I can't tell if he's suspicious of Twoey's orientation or of his "too strong" looks. I guess we'll all have to wait.

    Thanks for the insightful comments Defiance! Yeah, as Danny's situation gets revealed further, it looks worse, doesn't it. It's a good thing Pastor Johnson's not a girl, because David seems clueless with girls, right? As I hinted to CG, Donny will blossom later. We'll keep out eye on him though

    A lovely chapter Dodger! I agree with CG about the probability of a girlfriend in the near future, but I think Robbie and Tom are, for all practical purposes, over. There will be no 18 year old rekindling. They each have a few years where other relationships are going to develop. And while there's more 'Tom time' for you to disclose, I think he's basically straight anyway. Unlike Robbie, I can't wait for school to begin!!

    During our run, Twoey asked more questions about Danny. Actually, he was asking about Danny's father. In particular, he wanted to know if Danny's father was ever physically abusive to him.
