You're right/write. And that was by accident. A happy accident. Lonnie seems to be devoted to Mysterious Neon but committed to Sean on a personal level. As for Scott, when given the opportunity to save himself, he stays to help save a good man. I hadn't made that connection but it's there, plain as day.

If everything works out, tomorrow might be...but the lull I had for two weeks during Christmas is no longer happening. We have been crazy busy and my attention to writing has been slashed. We'll see how things pan out. I can't wait until this sports balls game is over and I can get back to important things.

FYI: I chose my chapter titles for this story very carefully. And since in the course of me posting this story, I have added two chapters thus far. Chapter One was written for this posting and Chapter Three had been slashed in half and new scenes were written. So my statement this story has twenty chapters is no longer true. It's at least twenty-two chapters now. I love that you googled Coquet. That makes me happy.

That is true. But Gabriel is one of the best snipers in the world. He has insight Secret Service doesn't have. Plus, he knows the day of the attack, Secret Service has to treat every day like an attack will happen. So they miss things, Gabriel can focus all his energy on that one day. He might have better odds. Plus he knows how to kill people, and where are the best places. Yes I so agree with you and didn't read this part until after I made my above comment. You are correct.

Any idea what the song title would be? I will say you find out next chapter. If that would be easy, no one would want to read it.

I wonder that as well. What is the connection to Mysterious Neon and the Senator. That connection has already been introduced into the narrative. It's small, I wouldn't worry about that detail. Everyone seems to have glossed over that fact in Chapter Two. So it can't be important? Right? Next chapter, you get that meeting. Let's see what happens on Saturday.

We do learn more about Lonnie and his backstory, as well as everyone involved. There are bursts of action, but there is a lot of maneuvering back and forth by all parties as the lies and half truths start to mount. My favorite character hasn't even been introduced yet. And does this story somehow tie back into Glacier Bay Stories? Keep a sharp eye. With Sean being such a high profile celebrity, you would think paparazzi has to come into play sometime, right?

Gabriel has to survive Hershey before he can go after anyone. Let's hope he's up for the task.

Sean Whitmore spent the rest of the morning zoning out in front of the TV. Around noon, he ordered lunch. Afterwards, he decided that moping around the cottage all day wasn’t helping his state of mind so he decided to check out the world famous Hanging Gardens that were less than a quarter mile away. He called Lonnie to inform him of his plans. He had figured that Lonnie had accompanied the rest of the guys and was surprised to find out the big man had stayed behind to work out the new pro

Dunno, but I didn't hear it until 84 when it was remixed for Pyromania. So that brought me to mid eighties.

One of the things I love about reading, two different people can read a story and take away two different things. The only true winner is the author that brought us a fun, entertaining story. I'm sure in that, we can both agree.
-
Not true, I'm pulling a Jeff Burton and quoting myself. It was the Bringing On The HeartBreak that forced me into the mid-eighties and not the 70's. Def Leppard, still going strong somehow after all these years.
-
My sense when I was reading it, mid eighties. But maybe I'm projecting my time in the grocery store onto your story.
-
So this one is my favorite of the three. The gay boy is the winner. He knew what he wanted, orchestrated it to happen, and then protected himself by moving on to someone who is actually available. Nice. You don't say, but what time frame is this happening in?

Working With Fruits - How Apropos
Jason Rimbaud commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Working With Fruits - How Apropos
Like all your stories, I've come to expect the unexpected. This chapter took one of your infamous left turns. The addition of knowing he was leaving, the manipulation of wanting to fuck Richard right before he left town was a great twist. The blurting out I'm gay was sudden and jarring. Not in a bad way but in a Lee Wilson way. You should open this series up to other authors to continue the series after you finish. Sounds like many people on here have similiar stories. -
He thought he was so cute, using AI to create the very thing...it doesn't matter. Challenge accepted. Now I hope he won't use AI to erase me before I can get it written. Does he have a sense of humor? I'm asking for a friend. Nothing related to this new project I don't have time to accomplish but I shall now undertake. Nope, I won't be poking fun of the wizard of GA, that would be foolish. Challenge accepted. Well, it was nearly twenty years, I had a good run, right?

First ever Job, working as a bagger at Super Bear Grocery Store. I worked there four years. I only managed to fool around with two guys I worked with in all that time. One was a multiple blowjobs, me giving, him being selfish and getting. But part of the kink for him, he liked to be handcuffed when I did it, I guess he felt since I was "forcing" him, it wasn't gay to deposit a load down my throat a few times a week after work. The other one, right before I moved away, was a brief, but wonderful affair with a blond hair boy name Greg. My first time topping. In the new place I moved, another grocery store, this time Giant Groceries, I had a ten year secret affair with one of my co-workers and then ended up being the best man at his wedding, to a girl, I wasn't completely happy. Though I stopped working in grocery stores after that one. .

Stupid Jason Doing Stupid Things
Jason Rimbaud commented on Jason Rimbaud's story chapter in Stupid Jason Doing Stupid Things
That's why if I'm ever in a car, engaging in what Jason and Konstantin were engaged in, I'd plug my ears! . -
Um, Krista, or as I like to call her the Fabulous One, deserves all the blame. Believe me! .

That very same thing has happened to me. Overhear a phone call, and then the entire situation changes. -

Frosted Hearts: The Arrival
Jason Rimbaud commented on Jason Rimbaud's story chapter in Frosted Hearts: The Arrival
Knowing me, I'll save a lot of these scenes and repurpose them for something else. I will release the alternate ending once the story is concluded. I'll post it in my throw away articles, true to life section in my stories. That's about four chapters I think, though I'll probably condense it down. -

You don't have to worry about that, that shall not be named, because I retired the Sacred Knights Of Trolling Krista. though the email still works. . -
One Confused Gay Boy
Jason Rimbaud commented on Jason Rimbaud's story chapter in One Confused Gay Boy
The Art of Letting Go is fiction, written in journal form, about fictional characters I created in my head. That being said.. This story is taken directly from journals I found in a garage sale. I didn't write it as much as I stole it from some guy named Jason. There were two journals, that spanned about ten years, I just stole all the parts that concerned Konstantin. It could have happened that way. . Or I could have made it all up and chose to reply to comments as the bystander I am. I'm glad you are enjoying it. This story has grown into a special place in my heart, experimental, and written in a POV I do not like, First Person. But I do like the finished product.
