I think from their conversation that Rusty isn't jealous of Maddox or Jonathan, but of their relationship. Rusty want his own perfect love and is searching in all the wrong places for the perfect match for him. He is really asking Maddox how did Maddox know he had found his perfect love when he found Jonathan. He wants to pet cat boy, but what happens when he finds his cat woman? Back to Jonathan and Maddox, Do these two need an interpreter? It seems that they are speaking different languages. Erg! Yep! Two different languages. 😈 If that wasn't funny enough, the part where former straight boy tries to navigate gay sexual hygiene is outrageously funny! Advice to said hunk: Don't sweat it! Your guy doesn't want a twink. He'll be in heaven as the hair tickles his tongue when his tongue tickles your ass and balls. I see Rusty now has a new project to occupy his time between conquests! @Laura S. Fox, You are one delightfully wicked and perverted lady. Why are there so many ladies that can write gay life and sex with such expertise and knowledge????

Maddox better watch out what he dreams about. He may have the power to stop time, but he just had a Lathe of Heaven (by Ursula Le Guin) moment as his daydream of kissing Jonathan just became real. Xpress is once again the nasty rag that propels the action. Not just once, but twice. It's a good thing that everyone is having a good laugh about it, except for Jonathan. Jonathan does have two immediate benefits. Now he and Maddox can openly demonstrate their love for each other on campus. Everyone knows it or disbelieves it, so no big deal. Jonathan's other big benefit is getting Connor out of the picture with minimum effort and a few seconds of Jonathan's time. (Loved @Hellsheild's gif) Rusty does need time with Maddox to help Rusty get back to his normal abnormal happy self. I'm missing the real Rusty. I think that Jonathan is on the brink of another big change in his thinking. His recollection of how his parents raised him, and then rejected him, because of their desire to keep up appearances was a light bulb moment for him. It strongly contrasted to the actions and attitudes of his friends and Hannah's wonderful, convincing opinion of the whole matter when they talked. Hannah is one of my favorite characters in this story and a true woman of courage and strength in this chapter.

Sparkling humor and great dialogue throughout the chapter yet again. The best is that Jonathan and Maddox are no longer as frustrating and annoying in their lust infused babbling. They actually had a great conversation before the sex. They were smart enough to not extend it too long. For once they are trusting each other as saying what they mean and revealing the secrets they once hid. Jonathan does have some attention deficit problems or selective hearing. There was nothing ambiguous about Maddox asking: Maddox reminding: Jonathan's rational thinking process just wasn't working unfortunately. Of course, maybe Jonathan is just playing around and waiting for Maddox to beg to be on the bottom before Jonathan decided to deliver his goods to Maddox. I am having a great time reading the chapters with all the interesting comments by the readers like@Philippe and his great poems! This is the first of Laura's novels I have read. I am glad to see the poems are quite frequent here. I have enjoyed them also when reading stories from other GA authors.

Amazing how less than a day has passed and Rafe, Joe and the gang are rapidly improving against the wolves. Bones is an very interesting kid with some unbelievable powers, as is is Daeran. With all the magic and flying debris hurling around, I am surprised no one has died yet. It is interesting that these wolves are not following Cain's instructions. Is Cain losing control of his club?

Marion knowingly sacrificed everything to make sure the Bishop will be taken down. I hope that she will get the recognition she so deserves. It seems that there was some detailed planning to prepare for a coup. The strategy of the kids on the ship was exactly what was needed to save their lives. I hope nothing gets in the way of their rescue. The excellent writing of the chapter, especially the dialogue built to a very climactic point. I hope the next chapter will be posted soon. I can't wait to see how Bishop Keilor gets what is coming his way.

Maddox has changed a great deal sexually. He is now anticipating having Jonathan inside of him. Jonathan does have a plan, but doesn't realise that Maddox is ahead of the plan. In a way, it will be much more fun to watch for us, and much more intense for Maddox. By the time Jonathan has got to the point of trying, Maddox should be at the point of begging. I'm looking forward to that. As far as fantasies go, this one is near the top. Jonathan is surrounded by handsome, hetero hunks, one of who is crazy in love with him. All these guys are helping him get his man, provide support and so far a level of protection. Most have at least some curiosity about what kind of sex is going on between Jonathan and Maddox. That's some fantasy! I just need clarification on this. You promised more on Rusty in this story and I will wait patiently. However, this implies that Rusty will get his own book. Is it one, or the other, or both?
