Three Strikes is a delightful story from a great GA writer, Mrsgnomie. It is her second book, but demonstrates the powerful writing and literary strengths found in all her stories. She deals with some tough issues intelligently and compassionately in this romance. The sharp points she makes are soften by her sharp humor that ranges from LOL to LMFAO. Each and every chapter is filled with a variety of emotions for and opinions about the amazing individuals who inhabit the story. Her stories are all addicting and well paced. Donovan is a very unique character who is very idiosyncratic (proudly flaming to be exact), as well as a hunky ex-college star baseball player in his younger years. He hates the bully Shane on the opposing team. Shane is a very, very deep in the closet gay hunk. They both are competitive and surrounded by great friends. Throw in an AARP team, a few tears, numbskulls, skullduggery, outrageous clothes and uniforms, and a bathroom full of creams and makeup to mix and you get the outrageously funny Three Strikes. Don't forget to wear your baseball cap on backwards as you read this story.

Yeah! Now Jay needs to buy another car seat, and the Mercedes Sprinter 12 passenger. There has to be room for all the cousins too. I'm so happy with this tremendous epilogue and all the fun things that happened. I do hope Loe's sperm and egg donors have a tragic run in with this: The Summer's Night was a wild idea and got my imagination going. One question though. Did Loren alter the lyrics? 115 recommends must be some sort of record on GA, and you definitely earned all of them with this story. Thanks for all the effort and fun it provided.

Sorry Pagey , but I'm on Drew's side with this. The SI (System International) is used by about 95% of the world's population. The Imperial system is only used by 3 countries, the US, Liberia and Myanmar. SI is just so much easier to use.

This book is beyond great! Here are some statistics to consider. It just finished two days ago and already has 114 recommends and 20 reviews! If you look at the recommend's details, Characters has 109 votes (out of 114), Feel Good has 95 and Humor has 91 votes. What that tells a reader is that they will love the characters and bond with them closely. The humor votes is a reflection of the wicked and hilarious humor that @Mrsgnomie displays in her writing. Each chapter has an abundance of belly laughs and fun. However, don't stop reading at the end of the chapter. Between Mrsgnomie, @kbois (her sharp witted beta), and a great many of her followers (I wish there was room to list them all) the comments are like one of the best parties ever at the end of each chapter. Join the fun, join the party afterwards, and reward yourself with a lot of laughter.

Gruesome! Using an axe on murder spiders was much kinder. I am glad I wasn't a part of the peace treaty settlement.

Point of interest is my mom went to a 1-12 school in a one room classroom with the outhouse at the side. The kids were always told to check for rattlesnakes when the weather was warm.

Hello Everyone! Hope you are all well and alive after the epic battle last night. Sorry I wasn't there to participate in the mayhem. I got caught in my usual Thursday night reading frenzy when 7 books I am currently following all post. FYI for the cat lovers here, I just got my Amazon order of 8 Sneaky Pie Brown books by Rita Mae Brown. Her first book was a classic in gay literature based on her youth as a lesbian writer. She the switched to mystery genre novels, and finally the Sneaky Pie books. If you haven't read them, they are murder mystery books starring Sneaky Pie, a cat who solves the murders, but has to lead her pet human to the clues. Her pet human lives a very Mrs. Marple existence. Just plain senseless, stress free reading. I need some downtime and this is it.

What a great ending! The wedding and honeymoon were great, even the vanilla ice cream was served very well. I love the Cousin's Camps, and secretly hope we will have some updates in the future.
