That's me getting in and out of my car. I love the car and what it does, but it is low to the ground. Getting in and out is tough on these worn out bones. 🤗

An interesting chapter that I definitely did not hate. Opposites attract, boy wants boy but uses the wrong approach to get attention, hate turns to love and other like phrases apply here. I have suspected from almost the beginning that these two would eventually end up together. They just can't ignore each other no matter what they are doing when they encounter each other. Knowing Mrsgnomie, there will be some massive penitence for Shane before he has a real chance with Donovan. Shane is definitely the bad boy Donovan wants. However, he is going to have to be very patient and careful to change to a gentleman or it won't work. Shane has a lot of work to do, and Donovan will make it as difficult as he can for Shane. I really love the set up to what is coming in this story.

Shane fits the first part of the description, but not the last. I am sure that Shane has been sending the candidates quickly on their way. Shane doesn't like competition, and Donavan is in Shane's sights for tonight. I wonder who will win the clash of wills as they dance the night away?

Don't worry about the length of the chapter. It wouldn't be as effective as it is, were it an add on to the prior chapter. This was the raw My DONNAS as their best prepping for the reveal before they revel the knights in their own playpen. It adds tension and anticipation. Bravo!

The game was interesting with the side bet and sneaky strategies of the DONNAS. Donavan sure wiped the smirk of Shane's face fast. I also liked the banter Donavan had with Drew. I am sure there will be a lot of laughs as Donavan flirts with his designated hetero wing-mate. As always your characters are the best parts of your stories. 😛

The fall from the cliff that didn't result in a cliffhanger! Brilliant! Tiryrth and Dad/Gramps make a great couple. I do wonder how Tiryth was able to turn Dad into a dragon. I don't think it the result of a wolf shifter just jumping off a cliff. At least the transfer of power went very smoothly and the family seemed well prepared for Gramps to leave. I hope to see many more chapters.

I had it so bad for Tab when I was young. Hollywood's treatment of gays at the time split up Tab and Anthony Perkins. Tab survived. Anthony dove deep into the closet and died of AIDS. 😥

I was laughing my ass off the whole chapter. Are you related to Gladys Workman, an obscure but hilarious writer who lived in Scottsburg near the Umpqua River? She wrote the book, Only When I Laugh about her experiences living there. It was one of he funniest books I had read at the time. (I was only 18 then.) You make me laugh just as hard now as I did then. Your irreverent humor and writing style is much like her's. I did say she was obscure, but meant in this century. She did appear on the Tonight Show with Jack Parr. Sorry to take so long posting this comment. I got so worked up about the book (which I lost somewhere) that I had to order a collectible book with dust cover from Amazon. It's due the end of July and will cost $35 including Thai taxes. It is well worth it!
