The phone call to Stacy was fun. I still chuckle when someone new finds out that the two ex-straight guys are lovers and mates. I hope that Dave's plans for the Staycation go very well for them. I wonder if Stacy knows that they are mates. I always enjoy it more when Lowe is around. Hopefully, we will see much more of him. Heather's oath was amazing and Dave was very astute in negotiating the oath/contract with her. The amendments definitely surprised her as she got a lot more than she has asked for from the Owensville Pack. That didn't surprise me. These guys are good like that. They don't do anything by halves. Vincent's trip to Baltimore got off to a great start. RJ is very impressive and will make a great partner for Vincent. RJ also doesn't do things by halve. He takes a get acquainted chat and turns it into a lesson for Vinnie. He evaluates both Vincent and his wolf, then suggests the each focus using their different strengths for different situations. I like RJ and feel he needs to stick around for more than just this assignment. Great chapter full interesting bits.

I like the start. It immediately got me interested. Although I have read the series from the beginning, I do find that I have forgotten enough details that I will have to go back and reread the stories again.

You may not want to write it, but your readers want to see them grow up. Charming kids grow up to be interesting adults, and we are interested adults wanting to see them grow up. It would be a slight change in your usual time line, but a book about Angelo and Gianni raising Sami to his preteen years would leave a lot of space to show the four kids growing up to their late teen years. It would also have room for Claudia,Toto and Michele to get past their university years to adulthood. I personally would like to see the changes in Marco under the influence of Dani, Giaco and Emilia. He might even have a growth spurt with all the exercise he will get exploring Ravello with them. Wouldn't it be nice for Emilia to get a kiss form a boy that didn't make her cry? This is a trick question. Although I can think of two plot twists that fit your criteria (one scandalous, one not😇), I thought you mentioned that your characters write their stories.
