Magic is quickly spreading to all the people of the planet. I suspect that part of the reason is because they will need it. Jamie and his group's abilities and powers came to them before they needed it. Maybe it was the luck given to Jamie, or it could have been magic responding to what will happen in the future. I liked both the meeting and the safe arrival in Methuwan. I assume that they are going up to confront Porvus, but if they are to be sneaky the way may have to be indirectly. What will they use to find out where he is? Should the use their extended senses to survey the city a bit? How are they going to be able to help the grey robed mages under Porvus' compulsion?

I to am glad that Rusty is breaking free of Roy. I understand and agree with what you are saying @Shadow086, but disagree a bit about Rusty's feeling for Roy. When I read the telephone conversation I thought that Rusty was telling his dad he wouldn't listen anymore to Roy's constant criticism. He wants Roy to understand that when Rusty does good that Rusty wants his dad to acknowledge it. I think Rusty has set his dad up for a test after seeing some of the changes his dad has made. It will be up to Roy to pass this test when Rusty proves he is committed to achieving something. Roy will have to acknowledge that Rusty has commitment, has accomplished something and then tell Rusty how proud he is of Rusty.

It may take a few more chapters, but Rusty is backing himself into a corner and realizes that. Rusty did make a commitment to be friends for life. He has not put Matty in the same box as his other lovers and knows he has deep feelings for Matty. He also believes he (Rusty) will never let Matty have a boyfriend that isn't perfect. Rusty now has to understand the Rusty is the perfect boyfriend for Matty. I think that Roy will find out that Rusty has two commitment firmly in place by the time Rusty graduates. Matty is one and singing is the other. Awesome writing Laura!

Late to the party as usual, but did enjoy the chapter very much. Like many, I don't have a clue about what Jamie was trying to figure out. I honestly don't think that Jamie will retire to the shadows. He could stay on planet to explore for more of the ancient cities, learn more of the history, and/or try to figure out the science of the ancients. He might even figure out what the purpose of the space station is. It could be an interstellar craft to transport massive amounts of people and things for a migration or a portal to other stars and planets. With his team he might even explore those other places giving up his magic for a while. One thought I did have is that if Flitch can connect with Jamie visually, will he be able to solve problems that arise in the nether and transmit the solutions back to Jamie when he needs them?

Maybe not dancing, but I am sure there will be something around the prince's maypole tonight!

Time crossed lovers face many perils as well as the consequences of a paradox of time. This is both an adventure, story of love and a mystery. Sci-fi at its best. Libby Drew is a very talented writer who shares the excitement with us in this compelling story. The story flows from each event while making you feel you are part of the action whether it is a wild chase or a romantic evening. I highly recommend reading this tale.

Two very different young men in love face a world of danger and challenges together. They find support and enemies in both family and friends. The story is filled with love, laughter, tears and fear as they grow stronger together. Characters are engaging, the plot full of unexpected twists and the writing is superb. I highly recommend this story!

Great ending Ivor. Everything was wrapped up nicely like a beautiful Christmas present.

It didn't take the guys long to get back to doing what the love to do. Another great chapter! I do want to mention that Z Is For Zombies is the next story tab on my Geron window. Another peace filled chapter, but not stressless. Christmas shopping is always stressing online or in the stores. At least by going to the mall to shop they got the opportunity to meet two potential good friends in Paul and Chris. If these two new guys do establish a GSA in their school, I hope that it will affect the attitudes of more people in the town in a positive way.

Are you trying to say they will get huge as they begin to touch more often? 🤞

Love the peaceful theme of this chapter. The only big excitement was the movie night when Mr Edgars introduced his husband. The fun banter in the comments added to my enjoyment. I love to see people play with words, although I am a rank amateur. I am hoping that Adam and Troy can get back to playing in their bed soon!

Hi Bucket! Hope you are having a good day! Is the weather getting colder or warmer now? Thanks for saying this. I have to admit in my opinion that this has been a ongoing team effort by all of us. I am sure that Drew would agree. After all, he continually whines about all of us "picking on me". He is and I love him so much. Except when he pranks me and teases me. He's a lot like my young brother in that respect. I agree! It gets ride of a lot of garbage that accumulated for 12 years. Kind of like a spring house cleaning on steroids.

What's the plural for coot? Cooties?

I was very relieved that none of the students were hurt. I hope Mr. Edgars recovers from his wound quickly. Mr. Edgars was a hero, but so were the students in his class that wouldn't betray Troy, and risked their own lives to take Diamond down. Mrs. C is such a great mom and I loved how she thought to assure Adam that he was her son also. Mike having died does bring up some questions, but hopefully those will be answered in the last few chapters. I do hope Diamond gets sent to a prison where many of those he has victimized reside. I also hope he gets the justice he deserves from them.

Things seemed to be going so well. Troy's note possibly left a hint about who is doing the shooting. 'Some words' and 1984 might suggest that Troy and Adam need to be careful of big brother Jason. Adam learning to cook is a good way to keep him busy. The exercise also is going better than I thought. Mrs C makes a great mother. I hope Adam and Mrs C will be able to find out what is happening with Troy.
