  2. lol, im so slow, I just got what you were talking about
  3. The only advice I can give you, which is the same advice my best friend gave to me when I finally got out of my first real relationship is : You need to remember why you broke up in the first place and knowing that will normally help you make the right decision I hope it works out for you whatever you decide. But remember, no matter how much advice you get given, only you know the answer deep down

“Do you have to build up to being talkative again? lol, good line, I dunno why that made me laugh so much, but there are people out there like that i guess. Lovely warm fuzzy chapter Fax, and well presented. Love the flow of the words and the way you really make a mute person come alove with personality, thats surely a hard thing to do? Really getting into this now, and its only chaptet 1! lol.
  11. I loved Harry Potter so Wizards and Witches are up there. I love supernatrual stuff, but my mind is a little too judgemental. I always tend to look for a reason or explaination with something, which makes me shit at believing fully in creatures of the planes. Having said that I still get freeaked out with most horror films, so basically Im just a big baby!
  12. emanthony,Welcome, you are going to love it here im sure. Welcome on board

    Curiosity

Beautifully written Fax. Just started reading this and it engaged my mind in brilliant techicolour. Erin strikes me as quite a closed and mysterious person. The words flow nicely and its an interesting read. I wonder what's gonna happen next.
  14. Hmm, well I sometimes sit down in my shower and let water just pour over me, sometimes for up to 40 minutes....yeah my gas and water bill would make your eyes water. I like to nibble on my cats ears...oh and I like to fold them back. I like to sleep outside when I'm drunk, summer or winter. My favourite underwear are the ones that are the most shabby and worn so my partner has to throw them out when I'm not looking. I can't sleep without the sound of a ticking clock in the room. I like mint sauce with beef, chicken, lamb and pork. Just some there. I probably have a ton more lol

    Agreements

Hey Nightowl, I started this book about a week ago as you are top of the list on the favourite stories tab (congrats). I absolutely love the charaters you have developed here and the way you set the scene. As I get further into the story i'm more and more hooked. I love the whole coming of age theme so this something I have really enjoyed. The only negative thing for me, and I hope you wont take offence, is that there are quite a few wording erros and maybe a tad to much use of the charaters names in short spaces of time. I'm not sure if you have an editor but it might be worth seeing if one can work with you. I have done a few stories myself and let me tell you, my grammar sucks and so does my spelling but I have worked with three editors and I know how much they help. If you do have an editor and they are not picking up basic errors then perhaps it might be time to have a gentle word. lol Bottom line for me though this has been a fantastic story to read so far and I'm gonna be sad when it ends. I will definately be looking at your other stories thats for sure. Keep up the great work Owl

    Part 1 of 2

Hi Huktaunluv, Loved the chapter, very intense writing and expression. If this is about you then very well done for writing about it. Male on male abuse is rarely reported or written about. I was with someone a little like Jeff, he was in the airforce and had the same sort of attitude (suppose the job didnt help). Although I wasent beaten as often, It still brings back some memories. My family knew about it and begged me to get out of the relationship - but what can I say, love is blind, and I put up with it for 2 our of the 5 years we were together. However, despite feeling connected to the events in your story, I really enjoyed the read. Well done on your maiden chapter. All the best

    Chapter One

I love to look at new people's writing, as I was new here recently myself. I can see you are a real natural, with a wonderful imagination. Your words got me right in the story straight away and I could really feel the presence of the characters. Great first chapter. I will be reading more.
  19. After a whole night of writing that story made me laugh. Thanks Cole. Looking to get into something a bit more meaty soon and I'll like ur style of writing. Well done, only brave men have the balls to write comedy to read. I've noticed, you pulled this mix off wonderfully. WW

    Chapter 1

I loved the start, very steamy in the shower. As a victim of panic attacks (in the past), I know what a relief it would have been for someone like Alex to turn up. We all need our knight in shining armour to come along. I happen to meet mine 10 years ago when I was drunk at a club - Not quite as romantic!
  21. My Thoughts are with you, Its a tough thing to cope with. x
  22. Just goes to show the age old saying is true - There is someone for everyone, somewhere. Even if they happen to be from a different country. I always view internet 'dating' a bit like taking a car out for a test run - you can try what your buying before you buy it. To me that should make it easier but I agree with your views totally. But think of it like this, at least you didnt have to meet both drunk at 3am outside a club in SoHo, and if i may be so bold thats how a few of my first dates started when I was younger. And I often wonder if any of them would have actually been a match had we just got to know eachother first instead of doing the drunken inevitable - Which was actually meeting drunk at 3am outside a club in SoHo lol. So i'm all for internet dating - Try before you buy. Could have saved me years of crying in my best friends arms when the guy I woke up with ignored my texts! lol Still, no regrets eh? been with mine 11 years this October, and actually we did meet at a club if I recall - I was Sober!
