    Chapter 21

Having been in a long distance relationship before, Brady's waiting was written directly from experience. Can't tell you if he gets there in time or not yet, but Silas definitely isn't back in the woods yet (See what I did there? Because Silas of all people is SAFER in the woods, not out of them, haha!)

Aw yeah... glad I could keep you all on the edge of your seats. Don't worry, it will all be over soon.

    Chapter 19

Getting on and getting off. All in creepy ways.

    Chapter 20

Or would him knowing that they know prevent them from getting to the bottom of what happened to Daniel. There's a lot to consider.

    Chapter 20

The next chapter will set the tone for the final scenes. It's going to be a crazy ride, especially once we hit chapter 23.
  7. A Beautiful Mind I don't care about the body of the person I'm with. I want to make love to their minds, and vice versa.
  8. Or maybe the story is set in the far future, and the last surviving band member is old and frail, and telling the story of their climb to fame. There's so many options here, haha!
  9. Unless of course the band's book takes place in the afterlife. Wouldn't be the first time I've written the afterlife, haha!
  10. I assume that people assumed I didn't mean anything by it. And what do you know? They may be right . . .
  11. I'm just glad that someone noticed it.
  12. Thank you everyone for your input, and I hope it keeps coming. I found this video today of a guy that would get along great with Silas.

    Chapter 21

“Braids, are you going to sit there staring at your phone all day, or are you going to come to the show with us?” Theo sat down on the bed next to Brady and reached for the phone, but Brady was quick to snatch it away and shoot Theo a dirty look. “He said he would call this morning, and it’s almost one,” Brady growled. “You can’t blame me for worrying.” “Sure we can,” Stacey said with a roll of her eyes. “Especially since you’re lagging behind and are going to make us miss the show; a sh
  14. We're approaching the end of The Navigator now, and it will all be over in a few weeks, hopefully with everyone still in good condition. I'm thinking of doing a spin-off on this story that will follow the band. If I do this I need to decide on the main character. Brady is the only one I can't choose, but I want your input. Should it be told from Theo, Jack, or Stacey's perspective? Jack would likely be the easiest for me to write from, as I share a lot of personality traits with him. Theo shouldn't be too difficult, as my mental image of him is pretty strong. Stacey would be hard for me, as it is difficult for me to get inside of the female mind, but on that same note it would allow me to stretch myself. Or should I introduce a new character and just have the band be prominent? Maybe play with Gavin from Brady's past? Thoughts?
  15. I'm definitely looking forward to this. Fantastic start and I can't wait to see how it progresses from here. Nearly everyone I've ever loved has taken debate (My family and people I've dated, lol) But I never had the chance. Must be exciting though.
  16. You've definitely got me beat then.

    The Power of Truth

I found it! Apparently it wasn't with the chapter reviews, so that's why I couldn't find it before. I'm glad that you found the story enjoyable, and that a little delving into my philosophy didn't scar you too much.
  18. It's so much fun! I've been learning from Youtube. There's a guy named BosnianBill who shows you how to do it, and every single one is fascinating.
  19. Found a picture the other day that fits perfectly for a new character I'm introducing in the sequel. I can't wait to use him.
  20. In small towns, people talk. It can definitely be complicated. Things are going to progress quickly. We've got a Brady chapter coming up next, and then we're back to Silas and the gang for the ramp up to the climax. Stay tuned.

    Chapter 20

Indeed. Unfortunately, they were a bit preoccupied with their fear of getting caught.

    Chapter 20

I like to think that the only reason Tara and Chelsea agreed not to tell the adults was by getting Silas to agree to let them help. That probably should have been written in, though, so I guess I've learned for next time. Lock picking is a hobby of mine. Not theft of course, just the challenge of getting through the obstacle. I haven't written it before now, but I enjoyed doing so.

    Chapter 20

I've been taught how to pick locks in the past, and I intend to write a character at some point that uses that skill a bit more often. This scene was practice for that.

    Chapter 19

As many churches do . . . They need more C.S. Lewis type thinking in their life.

    Chapter 19

So many questions, and I'm excited to say that at least most of them have answers that will be revealed in time. Don't worry, we're approaching the end of The Navigator, and I think most things wrapped up nicely.
