I was taken a back a mite as Calvert and Granger had been through so much and yet are finally parted.
Truly, I never suspected that Caroline had done anything, it was more coincidence.
Maybe the young "boy" who is coming on board will produce change for Granger?
This is so typical of the upper class of the 18th and 19th century. I do like the intrigue though and I am looking forward to seeing how the voyage will turn out. Can't say that I am very much interested with the foppy Arthur and the Prince sounds like a very plain Bourgeois.
I am very impressed with this story even after but one chapter.
Sailing ships are something which I enjoy reading about. I am hoping that this will continue in the vein started.
Oooo, a cliff hanger? I have so enjoyed this story and I DO hope that you WILL consider writing a sequel.
Thank you very much for writing it, I look forward to more of your tales.
I was taken back as I somehow had envisioned the "Seer" as the ice Queen in the last chapter.
Always in there stories, only so much is given and more questions engendered.
What a truly GREAT ending to a remarkable story. It isn't my first SciFi, weather gay or not, but I did like this one. Even though a couple of key players didn't make it to the end,
I truly liked the construction of the story and one day, maybe, just maybe, Cynus will go off on a tangent and write a continuing sequel? one can only hope.
