I wandered around the barn. When I was a kid, it smelled of hay and cows. In the box stalls, Pops kept the bull calves. Bulls weren't of much value, he said. They were allowed to feed from their mothers for only short periods, and then they had milk only from buckets. They were taken away and kept together in the roomy stalls, but they couldn't leave the barn. They bawled loudly, missing their mothers. I remember them suckling on my fingers. They are nice and i put them in bread and things. Not fond of them on my cereal, personally, only because they are tiny and stick to the bowl but Michael has them on His cereal.. there is a lot... ALOT of bowl scraping. He just smiles at me while He's doing that. hehe. Hope your day is nice too.. went out to the shop and wow, it's humid out there.

@Reader1810 i made the oatmeal jam squares, except i bought mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) and made the chia jam with them...oh man that came out so nice! Lots of great flavour!!

i learned what it possibly could be from Wayne. But it made sense. Normally, You never react that way to me being hurt. i was too upset to think about rational things. i'm glad i spoke to Wayne who offered the suggestion.

Cheaper ain't always the best option ... go with the pros is the best thing to do sometimes. And it sounds like it would have cost a lot less to begin with.

yeah, we weren't allowed pets as kids ... Michael had Ripley when i met Him. it broke my heart when we had to put him down.. i dont think i can do that again..

i'll tell you now.. dont try to be neat with the coconut mixture. They dont want to stick together ever. So i added a drop of milk.. mixed it more. let it sit for a few minutes.. and then used one hand to squeeze the mixture together and gently put them down. I tried spoons etc. but just gave that up.

I'm not sure where it would be ... i think some we found in the west indies section of the international section.. Yeah, something like sashas coconut macaroons i use honey in (they are sooo nice if you like coconut and my Husband does).. It's stickier and a bit sweeter.. so works well with these.. but in the pumpkin bread we rather have maple syrup.

use whatever fat you prefer.. coconut oil melts in the summer and is solid in winter.. i have a can of it.. i make popcorn with it i use honey or maple syrup.. honey is sweeter than the maple syrup.
