Meh, just bored, I guess. I finished watching a movie on Netflix called The Adam Project. The hero (Ryan Reynolds) travels back in time to team up with his 12-year-old self and his deceased father, so they can stop a madwoman from plotting world domination. Watching the two "Adams" fire snarky lines at each other was pretty entertaining. It's definitely a kids' movie, something Max would enjoy.
There's a right way to do it, and that's by roasting thinly sliced potatoes in a wood-fired oven. At The Filling Station Microbrewery, they sometimes serve a pizza called the Ross-shire, which has garlic oil, herbs, sauteed leeks, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, bacon, and the roasted potato slices. It's one of my favorites, but it's very light on starch and big on flavor.
