If he were ten years older, with red hair, he'd look kind of like my 10th Grade Geometry teacher.
That looks mighty tasty, except for the mushrooms and black pudding.
Hope you have a good time with your family, Tea Bat!
Hey, Albert.
Rory is improving, academically. I think it might be math and science that he struggles with. I'll be sure to pass your thoughts along to Mickey and the other boys.
We're making sausage-and-sage stuffing, garlic redskin mashed potatoes with gravy, and turkey. Also, a honey-glazed spiral ham. Mickey and the in-laws are bringing appetizers, rolls, and dessert. Deirdre is bringing twice-baked sweet potatoes and homemade cranberry sauce. Which is just about all she can manage with two little boys. 😀
Hey, Xander, Dennis, Jordan and Ash! And a hearty pat on the back to your foster son, for giving it his best effort. *pats* As long as he has fun with it, that's his prerogative.
Eeeeewwwww! Fungus! I think I'll pass. But thank you for thinking of me, Bertie.
True that.
Nope.
I'm exactly the opposite. I like onions, and pea soup is good as long as it isn't too stodgy. Mushrooms, though, are gross in my opinion. Unfortunately, Mickey likes them, and a couple of years back, he wanted to contribute a dish to the Thanksgiving table. So, of course, he chose stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer.
I found a small wheel of Gouda cheese in the fridge that had gone unused. At some point, a tiny hole was torn in the shrink wrap. It was still edible, but very dry with a bitter aftertaste. almost like a Raclette. Cheese does funny things as it ages.
Hey, Marty.
Hey, Albert.
Did you know, Finn Wolfhard had his own band? It's called "Calpurnia", but they recently announced they were splitting up. The music is still good, though.
