As an example of this tight knit network, Evelyn who proposed the new Anders-Hayes deal is soon to be attending her first board meeting of the family foundation. She is trusted. Will is going to bring her up to date on what he has going on examining staff morale and a potential CEO problem. Evelyn as a very senior manager of active , intense business will be sensitive to the importance of staff morale. She has dealt with staff problems in the past and right now she is working with a ineffective, non-constructive CEO. She will read what is emailed to her with more than normal concern and insight Stef, Evelyn and Will briefly discussed the March 9th foundation meeting “Excellent,” Stef said, then stood up to end the meeting. “I am looking forward to seeing you ( Evelyn) on March 9th. Amazing--Stef is at the center of so many systems and is a consummate networker with vision and real money. Will this time was his student or apprentice as he worked through potential deals. Stef had a very extensive knowledge of the key players and liked to link up situations. Stef caught what was essential with an Anders-Hayes deal. The company is not in good shape. He trusted Evelyn( and did not yet mention a board position at the family foundation). He seemed to ask the right questions and got the answers that made sense to him. He is not letting emotion rule his mind. Evelyn had a plan for success. Stef and Will met with Cody and Stef gave his terrific career advice and a potential new role with a new business, Things rapidly turned optimistic. Will listened and learned .He agreed to a new party with Cody and Darius. He has a hotel room to cover him while he is in town for more parties this weekend. No word from Zach yet. I bet Will's bed won't be empty anyway.

Ok--this is the calm before the storm--with some great blow jobs to add spice Kage and Elijah said their piece. We saw insights into tactics and motivation. Elijah is closer to Kage than he realizes. The boys might be starting up their planning for a complex Mission Impossible or even a simple Day Of The Jackal assassination operation . Could this be the genesis of a team that lasts?

Two further points-- Granger gave Pitcarin figuratively more rope to hang himself and be insubordinate to another superior officer. He is being held and guarded in the orlop away from his former room with other officers. He won't be a pox on morale. Written reports are being sent to Granger as evidence --perhaps for a court martial. Mark, you gave this a better military' action and solution. I have been too bloodthirsty and wanted an immediate solution. Matters dealing with sexuality are evolving. Daventry was not happy with his experience on shore with a lady of easy virtue. He expressed the opinion that Fitzgerald was wise to leave, He will not have a reason to doubt Fitzgerald's interest in women. Tomorrow in the sauna Granger and Fitzgerald may become intimate and not worry about or cause any whispers . Taking Douglas to the sauna the next day will appear to be a further mentoring experience and not show he singled out Fitzgerald for special treatment. Anson who is Fitzgerald's midshipmen may seek advice about an "evil " matter from Granger. Will Granger think about his experience as a midshipman with his first LT and Captain? Granger can be an excellent teacher at the level Anson wants and give him a healthy perspective on sex and other related matters ( if sex with men is the subject he calls evil) as he carries out his career.

Granger was masterful and generous and good hearted. News from home was mostly good, Granger thinks he will get at least part of his Aunt's estate and expects her lawyer wants to be sure he is not anti-Catholic. Granger may have a home for his soon to be displaced tenants. Daventry found out he was being given full credit for the Russia success and he knew it was not true. Granger was also key and Daventry was troubled that he was being ignored. Granger soothed him and said he was not bothered. He claimed he had enough fame. I also think he knew the government did not want any military connection with the succession or coup in Russia, Daventry as a diplomat would seem benign and not a plotter. The only discordant theme was that Granger said to Davenbtry that he was not sure of Lord St Vincent's attitude toward him Granger is serving as a stronger , more balanced and insightful Captain, He can take charge and lead and teach and inspire and win respect. His sauna schedule has been expanded from Fitzgerald to Douglas and Anson is troubled and may seek Granger out for advice, Years ago in my state . Governor Arnold S "the terminator" had a tent a set up outside the capital and invited people he wanted to schmooze and influence to smoke cigars with him. Granger is using the sauna.

I am thinking of as a somewhat similar situation. Granger commanding a ship in war off enemy land was faced with an enemy officer who broke his parole on ship and knifed an native leader. He was attempting to kill a man Granger ordered protected. When ask why he did it, the enemy officer said God told him to do so. Granger did not accept this defense. Granger had him thrown overboard far from land and said it would be up to his God to save him. Pitcarin , I think, is on a knife's edge, He can offer matters of extenuation and mitigation. What did the former ship's captain tell him? However, Pitcarin was clearly wrong to not follow orders from Granger and committed gross insubordination. But ,he first has to say so. When facing Granger and perhaps the other officers in his cabin will he accept and state that he was wrong and will he be believably contrite and promise to accept his new understanding that the marines are not his . Will he affirm that he was wrong to not follow his orders. Or, will he refuse to accept that what he did not do was wrong since the marines are his and not the ship's captain? If he refuses to change his views, how can he be trusted in the future?

I suggest----Ray and Dex and Kane need to bring the other three love birds together to talk and shout and state fully their fears and issues and then maybe reconcile . I hope they take an active peacemaking role soon. Maddox is rightfully hurt and wrongfully jealous. Can he separate the two? Can he realize that Xpress is malicious and always tries to find or create a scandal? When he learns Connor is behind it, he will lose faith in the story. The longer this cauldron bolls and bolls , the more trouble and harsh words can be said and scares can intensify . It can be the harder to make up and take back any painful assertions.

Very nice and mostly satisfying. Old friends from Italy were reunited. Armand worked his magic and brought people together. We still do not know why Tony is mad but should know the answer soon. I hope the problems can go away with Carmella's help. Also, Carmella rightly thinks Thomas belongs as a son with Armand and Colin. She thinks he should be adopted by them. Armand ponders the idea. He will discuss Thomas with Colin.

Joie J. I like your idea that Maddox will find the note Jonathan left in his book. See he was not hiding his past visit. I hope he wrote something touching and heartfelt to Maddox. Maybe the note could start a thaw and reconsideration.

If Kasar realizes he is being targeted for killing, he might increase his efforts and amount of killers to take out Elijah and add his friends, Tyler and his family. Perhaps if Kasar is killed the danger will not end. The killers could seek revenge and carry out their final orders

If Elijah stays behind even with other bodyguards and does find the laptop, he could be immediately targeted for death by any forces Kasar has watching him. Assuming the laptop or its equivalent really exists.

As Mark envisions JJ he is a " high maintenance prima donna" who is loved by his family. His absence is not missed for periods of time. I think Will has to work out his life and relationships and that is rightly the current Gap Year focus. JJ will add whole new dynamic and could consume all the available air for a while. JJ is finishing high school. His family should be turning to him and at some point figuring who would be best to help him take his next steps. Will he fly to California and seek educational and money advice or will others make the trek to NY? Stef and Brad are setting up a NY office. They have enough reasons to fly to NY or have a plane available to fly anyone to CA.
