As a first story Gary I'd say this is a mighty impressive opening. Can't promise I'll review every chapter though as there is a lot of reading there to catch up with....

Suddenly the grey clouds start to break and at last the sun starts to shine on Jesse's holiday as he discovers that perhaps the friend who has moved away and he thought was irreplaceable can actually be replaced by a new neighbour. A full on encounter between two young teenagers who are both amazed to discover they have similar wants and needs.

Getting to know all about you
Ivor Slipper commented on Ivor Slipper's story chapter in Getting to know all about you
Hi CG, If it helps I can assure you that there won't be any BDSM in this, or any, of my stories. But there are a minority of people, like your pick up, for whom a little bit of what you consider pain is actually pleasure. So some of my stories reflect that. But this story is really about two young men discovering themselves and each other, which I hope does appeal. Thanks for reading, the review and especially sharing that little incident :-) Ivor. -
Getting to know all about you
Ivor Slipper commented on Ivor Slipper's story chapter in Getting to know all about you
Thanks, Geron. These two do seem to be 'hitting it off' in more ways than one! I think they are both amazed at how well they seemingly fit together. Let's hope there are no pitfalls along the way. Thanks, Ivor. -
Hi Gary, Yes, I had fun in trying to work out a way in which the two could meet up but without having seen a pic of each other while still giving them a way out if neither liked the look of the other. So glad you picked up on and enjoyed that part. (I think Julian is hooked on Lance, but time will tell...) Thanks for the review. Ivor.

The week dragged slowly on highlighted only by a few texts and emails. On Saturday I was up early and his washed briefs were laid on a pillow before I set out for the city centre. This time I was confident he’d be there, which he was, standing in exactly the same position as the previous week. Today there were no shorts but instead a pair of skinny grey jeans that clung to his legs. Some guys can wear skinny jeans and look a mess in my view, but these had a sculpted effect. He even had enough of

One thing you have to face when you have a pet dog or cat is that it isn't going to live for as long as you, but that isn't something that registers when you are a young child. Somehow though we keep coming back for more of the same agony which never seems to get any easier. You managed to express those feelings very well.

Thanks, Gary. Glad you liked it. Can I just say that not all of my stories are sad! It just so happened that the first two posted here were. Ivor.

Hi CG! Thanks for the review. I'm very pleased that you enjoyed this chapter and promise that there is more to come. Btw - I thought it was colored briefs you had a thing for rather than socks :-)
-
Hi Gary, The story has had that effect on a few people and I have to admit it was sad, but it seems to me you have hit on the positive aspect of it. Ren & Jake found true love even if only for a short time, but that is more than some ever do.

It isn't Christmas, but that doesn't stop me enjoying a magical piece of story writing.

Thanks Lisa! Glad you enjoyed. I can confirm that this is the first chapter and that there are more to follow. I guess when you're 19 long term can be anything longer than a few months! I think I was trying to convey that Lance was hoping for better than had come from his previous relationships - and think of CG's Jay & Miles :-)

Thanks Geron. It's even better to be appreciated on the second pass.

We’d met, if that was the right word, in an Emo Chat Room on the Internet a couple of months earlier. We seemed to hit it off and within a few weeks we’d exchanged email addresses so we could talk privately. Of course one of the big problems with the Internet is that anyone can pretend to be someone they aren’t. I could have been talking to a 50 year old pervert who simply wanted to chat to me while wanking himself at the thought – or even worse want to meet me so he could fuck me. However, the

A story of the development of a teenage gay male relationship
-
Hi CG, It's been quite a ride and a read going through these 46 chapters. Enjoying how these guys from Columbus have been on their own voyages of discovery to new and previously undiscovered worlds under the skilled hand of a true master. As Jay might say, there has to be plenty more miles in store. Ivor.

Nice touch having Calvin get upset at the thought of his Grandma eating alone.

Hi Steve/Gandalf, You have the advantage over me as although I know the site you refer to, I'm afraid I don't recognise you even having looked at your profile. Thanks for the positive comments on this story. I have been attempting to produce different stories of late, so it is encouraging to hear that you enjoyed this one and you consider it to be of similar quality to those. Regards. Ivor.

Thanks Lisa! No tearjerker this time. That one drained me too so you're safe for a while :_) To my mind Wayne was so 'beaten' as a result of his treatment at home that he just accepted it until he was presented with the opportunity to escape. Geron does tend to write longer stories than I do - but I like them!

Thanks for the review and the comments CG. Glad you enjoyed. No offence to Texas or Texans, but I know it is one state I can set such happenings with a degree of confidence that they just could have happened.
-
Hi Jay, Thanks for the comments. It's good to know that my story got you in that way. It was inspired by a picture that dictated the ending and the rest fortunately sort of fell into place. Ivor.

Thanks Geron! You know I have a liking for the lone star state.

Wayne Jackson had known for maybe three years or so that he was gay. The problem was that for nearly all of those years it had been something he had needed to keep secret. It was only in the past few months that he had come out to initially, just one person, and subsequently to that person’s family – but not his own. Oh boy, definitely not his own! Wayne was now sixteen and he had been harboring his secret for since….well, since he was found out. That had happened when he was thirteen. It had b

Wayne's father expects his sons to become MEN like him. When something happens just after he turns 13 it presages some miserable teenage years for him

A Dutch word that gives a very wrong impression when looked at in English, for there is little 'merrie' about the All Hallow's nights that Coby and his new found friend David experience. Instead they are plunged into virtually a battle as characters from Amsterdam's history suddenly come back to life. A very gripping read.
