Thanks guys. It's still early, we have a few days. The storm track keeps changing by the hour. Hopefully, it'll turn east and become a fish storm. How's everyone's day?

Ugh... we have a Hurricane headed our way.

It sucks to hear that man, but it does happen from time to time for all writers. So, you're not alone. You have two paths that you can do. First, you can power through it. Do prompt and practice stories. Anything other than your projects. While at the same time, examine your life and see if there is an issue that is causing the burn-out. Are you going through some romantic troubles? Are you having work issues? Etc. Meditation helps clear the mind, and if you do some before you sit down to write, it may help to get the juices flowing. The second path... put the pen down and go live. Take a walk around town, breath in some fresh air, go window shopping, anything that takes your mind off of writing. Give it a few days to a few weeks. Then come back to it, and try again. That's my two copper pieces.

I have two types of bullet point outlines. One for the story as a whole, what I want to tell in the overall arc. And then each chapter has it's own bullet point outline of what I want to accomplish in the chapter, and brief notes. Once I have those, I then do one chapter at a time, making sure each new on builds on the one before. Because it's bullet points, there isn't much to loose interest in, and it lets me free form the meat and potatoes of the chapter.

As long as it's not Bébé's Kids, all will be fine. LOL. We're hitting the grocery store tomorrow, so I'll be getting a few things.

Haven't been to the store yet to replace my stash. LOL. They've already drank the last of my chocolate milk mix. *sniffles* I need to get more Bunny Milk Powder.

Yeah, things are quiet. Watching two little boys, while their parents are at work. Though I've threatened to give the 2y/o some coffee before they get picked up. I'm lurking GA, between reading about Psychoanalytical Theories.

They're all unpublished right now, so they'll be some changes between now and publication. But, a few are staying like: Answers to Unasked Questions Smith/Turner v. The Commonwealth of Massachussetts Boston Days & Boston Nights You Can Never Go Back to Childhood

Yeah, so far. Filling in plot holes, and tying up loose threads. So, I don't have glaring plot-holes like J.K. Rowling, that are so big you can drive a battleship through them.

Busy morning, so far. Fitness Center this morning. Finished Beta Reading a chapter for tim. Some research for a Psychology Paper. And now, reading over what I have written for Tampa Chronicles 4: True Family Always Has Your Back. I'm realizing just how much I suck at naming stories and chapters.

I'm curious to what inspired the names. Keter, Stravor, Hemothracene. They are all epic fantasy names.- 482 replies

A very interesting poem, tim. It feels very timely for the current state of affairs with the younger generations. I think we protect them from the lions, because we don't want them to face the same hardships we go through. However, that is a detriment to them, as without adversity, one cannot grow, and we end up with those with an overinflated sense of entitlement.

I will bid everyone a good eve, but I will be up late working on this assessment. Off the record, Freud was a sick bastard.

My take on Stravor, is that he is a religious zealot, and a Holy Warrior for Hemothracene. In chapter one, he's dutiful to his devotion to his god, and as such, he has a very domineering personality. In my experience, with fantasy role-playing games, clergy, holy warriors, priests of gods are very much dominating forces of divine might. One of the first books I ever bought for myself was a fantasy genre book, and this story reminds me of those classic fantasy stories I grew up with.- 482 replies
