New mysteries are a foot, and a very well imagined sex scene. Nice work, Wayne.

Why is it called Labor Day, if no body works? I hope everyone is having a good day, and that all is well with everyone.

Sleep Well, everyone. Headed that way myself. Lots of stuff awaits me in the morning.

I do believe this song violates the Geneva Convention on some level.

YES!!! Oh Lord, YES!!! gah!!!!

The toddler loves Baby Shark, Wheels on the Bus, some old school nursery rhymes, all of which is on an YouTube Playlist. And at 2 almost 3 years old, he knows how to go onto YouTube of Grandpa's tablet, and pull up his playlist of songs.
-
So you can feel my pain! lol
-
If I hear Baby Shark one more time today, I'm going to scream.

In my opinion, I think you did a great job with these poems. I don't know what caused the first poem to come about, but I can feel the rebuke in it. You say in a few lines, something that if the offender were to read, hopefully they would get its meaning, and correct their actions. The second one is filled with love, and you can see it, feel it, and taste it. Well done, my Brother.

Yeah, they just did an update on the storm track on Bay News 9. I wouldn't wish my worse enemy to be in the Bahamas right now, with a Cat5 sitting on top of them. The Cold Front moving across the US, is pushing the High out in the Atlantic to the Southeast, and that's pulling Dorian away from FL. But nothing, is in stone. Those are good hours. Beat the rush going in, and coming home.
-
What's your new hours again? Also, love the new profile pic. @rickproehl you did a great job.

With a little over an hour and a half to spare, I was able to get the paper finished. I was able to find a backup copy on my Dropbox, and that gave me everything I needed to finish the redo and upload it. Sleep well, everyone.

I was able to recover about 1000-words with WORD's previous version feature. But, I lost my reference page for my citations. So, that's going to be the hardest part. Finding my sources, and what I used again. Thanks, Bro.

I needed a funny, or I would be bawling right now. I have till 3:00 am EST, to rewrite a 3000-word research paper that was corrupted when uploaded from OneDrive to Blackboard... Or it's an automatic F. Wish me luck... I got the coffee brewing.

Off for the night. I'll be around later on. JUst got back a paper from my professor, I need to fix, and turn back in.

LOL. If it was that type of Hot Irishman, I'll be doing some Netflix and Chill. LOL. No... this is that Irish Coffee Liquor that my cousin brought me back from Ireland. Was so f'ing good, when I had my last grant disbursement, I bought a couple of bottles. (That should be read as 5 bottles. More than enough for my medicated self.)
-
Other people here are taking care of that stuff. All my prep work is done. I got my munchies, my bug-out bag ready, etc. Oh, a Hot Irishman on standby.

Well met, DiCers. I hope and trust everyone is doing well today. Had some government crap to deal with this morning, and now I get to lounge this afternoon. Might try to work on a story, or two.

One thing I love about Beta Reading tim's stories, is when I reread the chapters when they go live, I pick up on little tidbits I missed the first time around. There is a lot of world development, and character development in these first two chapters, that you have to reread the chapter to find all the little nuances. It's fantastic.- 482 replies

Fantastic Chapter, tim. I loved the interaction between Stravor and Dayson, and you getting the sense of a there friendship. Keter is a favorite of mine. Shade is a wise investment, for two travelers on a long journey.

They're both really good. Thank you, @comicfan for doing these prompts every week. I have some on my list back from 2012 that you've posted, and I'm trying to get to.

Hurricane Party at my house. Bring your own bottle, and have enough to share.
