Here in the UK you have to pack your own groceries which can be annoying as some people are really slow at packing or their kids are wanting attention which also causes delays. If you use the self serve aisle something always goes wrong and you have to wait for an attendant to check the issue before you can process the next item, with the self serve machine you have to scan every item individually the put it into the bagging area because you can get an unexpected item in the bagging area warning message as it’s all base on the weight of your groceries. it can be really annoying using a self service checkout for this reason. All stores now charge for plastic bags although some are not selling them either making you bring your own bags, but they are still happy to use plastic on your fruit and veg. All supermarkets have an in store deli, butcher and fish counter, some make pizzas, sushi and also have a bakery.

A great chapter but this whole saga about a little kiss has just been blown out of proportion by Ben and Jamie, it was a just a kiss, it’s not as though Sam and Jamie jumped into bed with each other, way to much drama over basically nothing. The both need to grow up and act their age and not their shoe size. Jamie had best get in touch with Ben and meet up with him once he is back in the states, and not to even think about another guy until he has sorted out his situation with Ben

I dislike sue immensely it was not her boyfriend that played around on her, if Drew is trying to patch up things, then good for him everyone else needs to but out. Thank you! The names for articles of clothing seem to be one of the biggest areas of cultural differences. Another example is 'thong' which in the USA is also underwear, but in Australia is footwear (I believe they're called flip-flops in the USA). It took me a long time to work out that what the USA calls a wifebeater is what we in Australia would call a singlet. It’s the same here in the UK thongs are skimp underwear that women wear, flip flops are for your feet, they also call a road the floor, yes it is dumb but that’s the English language for you.

My parents were divorced but my dad did always keep in contact with us, he also visited us every month for a few hours as we had moved 80 miles away, always made an effort to be there for our birthday and Xmas and always paid mum money for us etc, it was far from a good time but he was always on the end of a phone and he made an effort to stay in touch with both myself and my sister. As we got older our relationship was at best cordial, he didn’t understand me being gay and thought that all I needed was a good woman, nope I needed a good 👨, which I now have. So I can relate to Jordan and his situation very well.
