I can only say I'm happy Stefan found the strength. Jesse has no idea what he threw away. Yes he has regret. A man still willing to help after his cheating.

Good chapter. I'm glad Stefan told Jesse. While I'm not sure Jesse will be a help. Someone close knows. Devan is the MAN. Setting Jesse straight. Letting him know he won't financially support him.

Chapter 10: What if You Knew Their Names?
FormerMember4 commented on BDANR's story chapter in Chapter 10: What if You Knew Their Names?
This is heartbreaking and completely understood. I’m HIV+ and have to navigate system for meds. I have a home and some money being disabled. I can speak up and make lives miserable. This segment is judged from moment seen. Never given an opportunity. When given assistance, ones assisting are overloaded with cases. -
I love the symbolism of this poem... changing of the seasons. A moment caught beautifully with the imagery. Although, a moment that seems so off. Yes, it is fall. However, the whole of North America is experiencing higher than average temps. Great job Tim... xoxo

It was nice to have a somewhat calm chapter. I love how Dom handled his sister. That is not uncommon... A potential father not having a say in the life of his child. Louis looks to Dom for strength, but Louis shows that he is the voice of reason. It will only strengthen the relationship, Dom starting to accept his disability. When this happens... You can see you aren't disabled, but handi-capable. As always, real and handled with respect my brother. xoxo

See and To Sir, with love
FormerMember4 commented on Mikiesboy's story chapter in See and To Sir, with love
These are both beautiful tim. While technically not connected. They are, both have you self-reflective. See, shows us too busy to celebrate and appreciate the things around us. We need that time to breathe, center, and reconnect to our surroundings. The second is a renewal of vows. To be obedient, giving yourself fully. A promise to be all that you can be. Both are beautiful sentiments simple and reminders of things not to be taken for granted.. Great job lil brother. xoxo -
Plagiarism Strikes Again
FormerMember4 commented on Renee Stevens's blog entry in Gay Authors Archive
Just makes your heart break for the authors. A constant cycle. Dealing with DCIM can be a time-consuming effort. -
I'd say to follow your gut. Sounds like you've already decided.

So I saw on a status... new story. You have any hints for your bestest international friend? 😊
-
You're too funny Sam. Some of us like dark and flippant sarcasm. With my Sir being Irish, used to that. Hope your chat is a huge success and goes international... LOL!

Both! Quite the manipulator. -

Its a moral crime not to consider the blood, sweat, and tears an artist puts into their work. More importantly, the massive amount of physical and emotional time. -
LOL! Hockey fan, of course I'd know. Especially with historical importance of this fine film.

Life lessons learned from books, music, TV, and movies
FormerMember4 replied to A.J.'s topic in The Lounge
Musically I was inspired by David Bowie. Of course there was the bisexuality rumors. As a teen, his expression was fascinating to me. Whether or not it was gimmick. He helped me express myself and find out who I was. The man produced some fine music. Life lesson: Be free to be you. -
So will Marcus be joining the Black Eagles... Dun Dun Dun!
-
Sam, you created a beautiful story that wasn't all rainbows and unicorn farts... Thanks for that. With characters you care for, and root for.
-
So beautiful in the description. The moments many fight. Living life and truth through honesty. xoxo

Well, certainly some twists with this chapter. I can't help but think the triangle is going to get messy. I guess being a guarded person.... I am thinking that Miriam is ingratiating herself. In order to pull off the mother of all evil plans.

Sir, I'm not sure how to take this. You're man of many great qualities. Picking me up in need. Failure brings contemplation, determination, strength and courage. Most important, often another chance. Be well and much love.

A lovely aftertaste on the pallet this fine Friday morning.

I loved the chapter Sam. A perfect first Christmas memory. A bit of a romantic in dear Sammy... 😉

Gay Authors Officially 15 Years Old on 9/13
FormerMember4 commented on Myr's blog entry in Gay Authors Archive
I celebrate a much deserved 15 years of GA. A site of quality writing and authors. I've been coming to the website for 5 years. Only joining as an active member in March. I have made friendships that mean the world to me. This site is a place where I can be me... The staff is outstanding. Some becoming friends. I've enjoyed interacting and learning from people I respect. -
Apparently they're trying to get computers to spot gay people.
FormerMember4 replied to Paqman's topic in The Lounge
Life could have been so much easier when I was younger... not having to use my sometimes faulty gay-dar... LOL! This is scary on so many levels. I see the German extermination of Gays during WWII, all over again... larger scale. With current hate climate.
