Yes, and she can still sing very well. A lovely story, I enjoyed it so much. But It took me a while to make the link, but my excuse is that I didn't know these songs. The songs remind me of 'Catootje' by Wim Sonneveld, see YouTube, and the Dutch version of Old MacDonald had a farm. We have no Christmas versions. i am still hearing the Christmas Hippo Song -
It makes me sad that family can’t trust each other enough to respect each of them or understand what the other motivates to do something. This also applies to Timothy. If only all the family can see his good intentions.

No, I don’t think so. Ann Marie is only thinking of herself, mom is only a mother that sees her daughter in distress. But some counseling would be good for her. She must realise that she is dept to what have become of Ann Marie. Ann Marie would always been selfish, but she has never learned that that is non acceptable, that she is responsible for her own deeds. So dad is right when he feels guilty. Ann Marie is in need of intensive therapy.

I feel sorry for Marco. Giacomo and Emilia shouldn’t have dropped him, especially since Marco doesn't have much to look forward to. Just sulking is not a reason to drop a friend. It has brought Marco, in addition to his poverty, to join the criminal gang. Giacomo isn’t smart if he can’t see what is obvious to others. Maybe it is better when Daniele get feeling for Marco, but that is not going to happen.
