Aww.. Luc. At least she's not feeling bad anymore and she had you to help her feel comfortable and leave peacefully. Krista

Ohh.. Luc, I hope she pulls out of it... she looks so much like my cat too. Krista
  3. Congrats on your 700 posts. You may even beat a certain lurker in being the fastest member to a 1000.. lol. Krista
  4. I live in the United States, in the state of Kentucky. It's a typical southern state, a healthy mixture of closed-minded as well as open-minded people. You just have to know where to look.. lol. The shopping isn't the best compared to the larger cities.. lol, but I'm still able to find everything that I want. The weather is nice, we have a spring, summer, fall, and winter all of which could be pleasant and extreme.. Let's see the people are for the most part nice at face value. I live in a small town so everyone knows who I am and I know everyone else as well. So secrets are hardly ever kept for too long. lol. As for living in other places, I'll try other States of the US first. I've always found, Montana, Alaska, Connecticut, and Tennessee interesting and different from Kentucky. As for other places beyond the US: Greece, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, and England are on my places to visit and I'd have to pick later when I've visited all those places to see which I enjoyed the most. As for right now, Italy is most appealing. Krista
  5. Eh? Oh well... I'm sure they can find tons of things wrong with everything else people eat... Krista
  6. Let's see... I regret losing my virginity to someone just for the hell of it.. lol. I was 18 though.. but that wasn't a proud moment really. He was also a virgin though. I also regret some of the wild nights I had while in high school as people tend to not forget those. I really am starting to hate bumping into people and they start by saying, 'do you remember when you...' as that never turns out to be something all that... honorable. And recently I'm regretting not having the energy to play with the brats like I used to. School has really been tiring.. I have a few more things really... but they're way too personal. Krista
  7. I'll be celebrating my best friend Jason's birthday tonight. Also, the survival of my first week back at college.. lol. It's a crash to my system really. Krista
  8. Happy Birthday!!! Have a good one, Krista

  10. I am planning to come, but really, I'm going to be busy. It depends on how bad I want to be.. lol. I'm taking on extra classes to get through college faster. (So, 70% sure that I'll be there) Krista

  16. Well... to make a long story short.. I tried to dunk a basketball... and failed. My knee cap popped out of place and I tore my ACL and had to go to the ER and such. I also fell off my horse and broke my ass bone and arm, but I'm sure a lot of people do that as well. I have many more that doesn't involve a trip to the ER though. Krista
  17. Congratulations CJ!!!!!! Have fun, Krista
  18. Happy Birthday!!! Have a good one, Krista
  19. Good lord Benji that is a lot of reading... Right now I am reading - as in, on my list of things to do.. All of the anthologies. I will get to them all, but I'm slow at doing so. The next two or so on my list is CJ's and Graeme's. Don't worry, I will get ALL of them in.. lol. I'll also comment on them. Living In Surreality - ShadowGod What I'm reading away from the net.. Harry Potter - I've put off reading the whole series long enough. I've tackled books 1-4 already. I'm holding off on the rest though as I don't want to look like a fanatic.. and such. I'm trying to wait patiently for the new one from Christopher Paolini... I can't think of the title right now. It should be better than the other two as Eldest was I think more thought out and better wrote than Eragon. Krista
  20. Hi Pietro, Welcome back to the forums. Krista
  21. Happy Birthday!!! Have a good one. Krista
  22. I would think, it would be over all cool in SF in November. It is early November though so I would say cooler temperatures, but not the full effect of late fall early winter with all the wet, ugly, cold, weather. To much later I would expect all the nastiness the autumn season creates. All I know is, the way I pack, I would be prepared for any and everything weather related and that's the only way to pack really. Just don't laugh if you see me dragging a U-haul full of junk just to stay the weekend. Krista
  23. Well, I found my heroes later in life. I have two, my little brother as well as my ex-boyfriend David's mother. My little brother was diagnosed with a heart condition and such and I know if I was diagnosed with something that I would think it was the end of me. He did have times where he felt that way, but for the most part he's kept true to himself. After he realized that people weren't going to think of him as weak or different then he was fine. So that's that. I guess it's also odd to think of an ex-boyfriend's mother as a hero, but she was diagnosed with breast cancer and since David was traveling to and from Maryland working he couldn't be there for her so I helped take care of her and we talked and she is really more motherly to me than my own Mom and such. Even after she recovered and is now living close to David in Maryland we still talk and I tell her all of my problems. Which is something I rarely get a chance to tell my friends really and it's still something I don't tell Mom. She's actually down to visit for a few weeks which is just grand. It just sucks that I have to start back to college Monday. Krista
  24. I voted on the second option. November and December are my extremely busy months really, but I'd like to go. I just probably wouldn't be able to make it realistically. Anyway, SF is one of the many places I'd want to travel to in the U.S though so maybe that would be my motivation. Krista
  25. Lol.. agreed, alcohol and mass gatherings don't typically mix do they. We'll never have a Convention until you can all AGREE on a place. By reading most of the posts here, I believe Texas is the place most people like. Other than Las Vegas, and Saturn's Moons. Krista
