I can count the number of flames by memory that I've received. I've responded to some of them in a way that wasn't really nice, but eh as I think there really is no real reason for anyone to flame a writer's work. One can constructively complain and all that, but just ranting and raving, cussing for the sake of cussing isn't helpful so why do it?
But yes, Dom gave good advice. I wouldn't respond to her either, she's just one of those lurking crazies.
Thanks for reading this story Tracy, I like this story and the way I'm planning on telling it will hopefully explain all the characters the way I want them to be explained. You are right about everyone having a story as well.
If you're looking for a little employment, I am looking for an experienced Author, and since you've been a fossil in the authoring business, you'll suit me just fine. 100 dollars a paragraph, and no, you can't over write the sex scenes in 'Are You Christian."
I'll be in touch,
Krista
I am most comfortable writing from day to day, I've only skipped through time on one Anthology story and that gave me a headache. I did find it a useful thing to learn how to do, but I was worried that my characters wouldn't be as enjoyed because readers wouldn't have as much time to get to know them. But, I felt that writing in brief scenes to fill some of the skipped time did help ease my worries at least. I think skipping through periods of time, one has to develop their characters more carefully and a bit stronger than writing in the day to day style.
As for me and my writing, I doubt I'll want to skip around in stories.
For those of you who are waiting for the next chapter, it's safe to say that I started it last night. For the delay, sorry, but school is kicking my butt right now.. end of the year and all.. and I do have eight finals to study for...
