I've worked customer service in some way, shape or form since I was 16. It never ceases to amaze me the things people do and the situations they get themselves into. I'm sure each one of us could write a War and Peace length novel. Snippets of my version just happen to tumble out of me occasionally. Hopefully you get a kick out of them. There are moments that just need to be shared. Hope y'all have a good night and make the most of the last day of 2021. It'll be in the rearview mirror pretty soon.

Okay @Wayne Gray, here's one last one to close out the year. I just had the most ridiculous request. We replaced the sewer clean out trap three weeks ago on a snowbird's lot. They just got back in town yesterday. Their cable and phone service didn't work. He found a wire that had come loose, and when he pushed it back....voila! Easy fix. Didn't even have to call Spectrum. He asked to be reimbursed for the the three weeks they didn't have service. The same three weeks they Were. Not. There. The house was EMPTY! Why me?

It wasn't the gallbladder that caused the issue... it was the stones in the thing that caused the pain. Multiple or large stones hurt like hell. I had one big one. (Still, not quite as bad as trying to bring an 8.5lb baby into the world and your epidural wears off! 😬)

I really do enjoy bring able to create a new take on an age old belief. All I know is that if I tackle this world again, the parameters will apply to any future story. It's a cool little spin to shifter lore. As far as everything else... be patient!

Oh hell... don't get me started on the MCU. Saw Spiderman last week and both my son and husband are now anticipating the next installment. I have not seen a non-Marvel or Star Wars related film in years! The POV thing I know is a bit of an issue, but juggling so many characters, I haven't been able to work around it yet. I've changed a few things already and will keep it in mind for the upcoming edits. Sorry!
