Especially here in Florida where those with functional brain cells are few and far between.

So if anyone is contemplating a change of career, I am about to impart a tad bit of unsolicited advice. If you apply for a position....say.. front desk receptionist... and you have no office experience, that's fine. It's an easily trainable role. I will work with you. Please tell me about relevant skills that you may have. Such as you are good with customers or have a pleasant demeanor... ot that you're willing to learn. For the love of of all things pink and Barbie, please don't include your Glamour Shots head-tilt pose, flashing teeth that make Ross's from Friends look like a 4 pack a day smoker's (you know the episode) and extol your ability to blow-dry and flat-iron your client's hair. SMH 🤦♀️🤷♀️🤯 #howisthismylifelol 🤣🤣🤣

I just finished a batch of some sort of Tuscan Butter Chicken. I found the recipe on Instagram. I tweaked it a bit... just because. Lol. It looks and smells good and I did pilfer a bite of chicken in the process and it will make for good lunches this week with some rice. Now it's off to pack some stuff and try to blindside my dog and drag him into the shower for a bath. Maybe lure him with a piece of chicken? 🤔

I really enjoyed him getting some petty revenge on Walker with the harem-scarem driving. It's something I would probably do. The little annoying pokes at the house were good too. **Sorry Minister, you have to slog your sorry ass in from the garage like the rest of us** 🤭 As @MichaelS36 said.. keeping on good terms with the office staff also applies to the housekeeping staff. They are the ears belonging to the proverbial wall.

Stories that are complicated need a little break in the action otherwise bith the author and reader get fatigued. There are times when an author just needs to bridge a gap between what's currently happening and what's going to happen.

Yes, definitely CYA material. This week is about 10 hours over 3 days of going over specific systems and policies relaying to bill paying, creating POs, properly invoicing etc, plus training on their RV reservation system which I believe was created somewhere around 1980 and possibly updated in 2000? It's so antiquated, and of course is being replaced later this year so I get to do more training when they roll that out. Yay. I also get to schlep to Chicago in June for actual classroom training. Could be worse.. Chicago in January would suck. Whips... lovely thought and I would gladly take you up on the lessons, but alas... HR would frown upon the actual yielding of such a wonderful instrument and I would be back to square one in my job search.

Elijah’s character gets a little of the limelight in this story and the next one, Shadow Effect, is his to tell. I have 2 dogs, so yeah... anal glands 🤢 I also raised two boys and any form of electronic deprivation was a damn good bad behavior deterrent.

Most of it was based on my memories of my visit there waaayyyy back in 1986. Google Maps fills in the rest lol, but it's always good to have a resident expert on call.

I'm a property manager and I've gone from managing a 55+ mobile hone community to an RV resort. It's been two weeks of basic, riveting learning modules like kitchen safety (knives are sharp) and how to properly handle a golf cart (don't drive it crossways on a hill), plus other stuff pertaining to some of their computer systems-- hence my brain cells are fried. Next week will be riveting bill paying and supply ordering and such. It's all right by me though. I'm learning new skills and that's never a bad thing. Ahhh young grasshoppah, you have learned well the art of snark and sarcasm. Well done. 😆
