You’re doing it right but this is a damn teaser. Modesty demands that 3 is wrong. And yet 100 stories also seems untrue. Um a real deceiving SOB. -

A short one-off which packs a lot into only a few words. The two men are nicely portrayed with humour. As you would expect of this author, the writing is impeccable. Well done.

Would love to visit the square and see the underground monument. There is something awfully hypnotic about students marching with torches until, or unless, you realise the horror which is its shadow.

Back in the day, I used to play bridge in the house of a friend who lived in the street where external shots of Ab Fab were filmed. My lawyer friend plus two perfect women to play the roles in Ab Fab. The interiors were exactly the same as well. Both women had worked in music business, knew the Beatles, Jagger, George Michael etc. I used to sit in awe as we got sloshed and the bridge got slower and slower. One day, the phone rang and C answered and said, “Oh hi Elvis, how are you, darling?” Was Elvis still alive? No it was Elvis Costello… Happy Days.
