Back in the day, I used to play bridge in the house of a friend who lived in the street where external shots of Ab Fab were filmed. My lawyer friend plus two perfect women to play the roles in Ab Fab. The interiors were exactly the same as well. Both women had worked in music business, knew the Beatles, Jagger, George Michael etc. I used to sit in awe as we got sloshed and the bridge got slower and slower. One day, the phone rang and C answered and said, “Oh hi Elvis, how are you, darling?” Was Elvis still alive? No it was Elvis Costello… Happy Days.

Good! I have an exam on Spanish Culture and constitution tomorrow which would allow me to get Spanish citizenship…if I pay a fortune and renounce my uk citizenship. Still weighing options up but little time for SA as I have to remember the name of king of Spain….. yep, one of the questions. Then I can get back to reading.

And destroy your house and garden together…… However, Lilibeth has just indicated that she will need an appropriate swimming pool where she can swim but also stand and not drown with her v short legs. Greta actually seemed to enjoy the v shallow end of our friend’s mountain swimming pool. 🏊

As a reader, the box to search for an author by name is the one thing that drives me mad both on tablet and mobile. If it could be a bit more intuitive and you not have to get every detail correct. Also, if the name suggested is the one I want, clicking on it is not always guaranteed to take me to the author. It’s not the end of the world but you did ask! As an author, the process takes some getting used to, but the guide is excellent. I’m very happy with it thank you to all the team for making GA such a great site. 🤗 ps I’ve just tried to enter @kbois via author search and I can’t get in, neither by me spelling (correctly) the name, nor clicking on the link. I’m being punished!
