I mean, sure, that definitely helps...AFTER the fact. Doesn't change how he feels when he arrives. Imagine those first few steps into the McDen, thinking you just might be dinner.
Can you imagine getting out of the car at a werewolf compound? Sure, we know they're awesome, but I fully understand Tyler's nervousness. I think this is a big chapter for him. It's also a big chapter for Elijah. His two worlds, the shifter one and Tyler, merge together.
It doesn't hurt that Tyler gets to see lots of naked men.
Also...Lex?!
Her mom's quality of life is not what it should be, and they've been expecting this for a while. I think sometimes death is a good thing. And while I can't speak for Kbois, I have little doubt that sharing this story brings her great joy and is something she looks forward to. But, if the Saturday rolls around and the new chapter isn't posted, we'll know why.
We joked (respectfully of course) how thankful we were her mom made it past the big cliffy lol. Mad respect for the woman.
Hey everyone. Kbois isn't ignoring us but she won't be on much (if at all) today. Her mom hasn't been doing well and it looks like they're getting ready for final farewells. She'll pop back in when she is able.
I was actually getting ready to email you to see how you were feeling. I'm sorry this is the update. It really is the small things that are impactful and I'm glad GA has brought you such joy. If there is anything I can do to assist in getting some of these projects done, let me know. I'd be happy to jump in where needed.
The author always got to do what the author need to do. You have great vision and knows what works for your story. Some ideas and suggestions you take if you know they will add something credible (which I send a lot of credible shit your way). But you also know what needs to stay as-is.
I'm chuggin' away at Jay and Loren's big extension while simultaneously getting very excited about the next story I will start as soon as it's wrapped up. It's all coming together (I will say the new story in the works is connected to Loren's childhood, though it's not about Loren). I never start posting until it's all finished, though. Which sucks, except you can always assure a regularly posted and complete project from me!
I'm all about a good friends to lovers story, but I can't go there with Elijah and Tyler. That alone means Kbois may definitely make it happen. She loves to piss me off.
Some people shouldn't be in charge or allowed to make big decisions.
Also, what are the taxes like in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch?
Honestly, I was worried the meeting was a set up. What do we really know about Cassiel anyway? Nothing. At one point, I even wondered if he was part of Kage's death. After this meeting, I don't think that. It's clear Cassiel cared deeply about Kage and his overall wellbeing (as much as someone can in that line of work.) I also think there was some closure here for Elijah. Maybe closure is the wrong word, but he just met a big part of Kage's life.
How can Elijah ever love again?!
