Personally, I think the journal is a bigger lie than the gossiping. One was accidental the other was an outright lie, and a breach of privacy, not telling Troy about the journal is the worst thing Grant could’ve done. The earlier Grant tells him the better, because everyday it gets worse. Brian, for some odd reason, has kept quiet about Grant lying to him, and it would appear as if Grant has only shot at keeping him happy enough to continue doing so. By the way, excellent chapter and I can’t wait to read more! Etotsira

My heart breaks for Laneer and Yinx, the Gods’ truly deserved their deaths and Morgoren certainly has it coming. Part of me still hoped that somehow Yinx and Laneer would get their happily ever after, but something tells me that isn’t gonna happen. Excellent chapter, as always, can’t wait to read the next one. -Etotsira

Now that Grant has woken up and smelled the roses, so to speak, I feel like the other shoe will be dropping soon, you know the shoe that Grant found when he first moved in and gave him cheat codes to Troy’s life...that shoe. Anyways, hopefully Troy will be only somewhat disappointed and not full on angry. Excellent chapter, as always. Etotsira

Under normal circumstances, yes, but let’s go over the facts: Victor introduced Chris as a “friend,” Victor was acting fishy the entire time, Chris looks just like Victor’s ex, add onto all of that the mess that is Chris’ life lately. What was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon ended up unearthing insecurities he had regarding his relationship I’m sure he didn’t even know he had. So, I think him not giving Victor the benefit of the doubt, while unfair, is excusable.

How dare I forget my mandatory comment about the journal?! Shame on me! So is this the calm before the storm? I feel like things are gonna go to crap soon with the journal. While I don’t want either of these characters hurt, (I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again) but who doesn’t love a good mauling of the heartstrings? Excellent chapter, as always, by the way!
