I Don't Like Champagne

Happy Thursday! When you said Thursday you didn't specify the Gregorian calendar so on one of those other calendars it just may be Thursday -
Chapter Seven: The Lion

But you wouldn't know that, would you? You interviewed him for two hours and never once asked if he felt safe at home." When I first read that I went RIGHT ON!!!!! Getting back to Perry Mason in 90% of the episode he beat the prosecuting attorney Hamilton Burger. After trying to convict so many innocent people HOW did that guy manage to keep his job? -

With a boy you’ve known for three weeks. Who has a criminal record. Before you get all high and mighty Margot as the mastermind of the fake engagement it accepting gifts under those premises is fraud for sure and depending on how valuable some of those gifts are it could be wait for it.........LARCENY!!!!.

“I don’t want to hear about any more of this, Owen. Well Mr. Donnnely I don't think that's going to happen

That’s not love, Owen. That’s control.” My immediate thought after reading that. 'Said the pot talking about the kettle'

I think Jules is the one that can call out Margot. This part probably won't happen but I would like for Beth to be close by to join that conversation that would really acclerate things

"'Richard, you will do your duty to this house, even if it means getting your hands dirty.I don't think the hands are the body part Richard is worried about getting dirty

Getting the lay of the land or the lay of the story if you prefer,So far interesting. after last year’s diamond-encrusted cock ring, he was rather glad she had kept this one separate. I have one of those I went to get it appraised. The appraiser made such a big deal over nothing I was only wearing it while he appraised it so I wouldn't lose it🤷♂️

I’ve never seen my dad deal with anything like this. I’ve never even heard him say the word gay. That was one thought I started to have last chapter did Owen's folk's ever give any indication they would kick him out if they found out he was gay? And I'm trying to remember did Margot's parents ever give any indication? All I heard Margo say was that they are very religious.Well news flash not every person of faith hates gays. I still understand being scared of course but there was a way Owen could have tried to find out like telling his folks about a gay person at school and then asking them if they knew anybody that was gay when they were in school something like that.Wouldn't it be something if all this wasn't necessary in the first place? I'm 50/50 on that.

“My mom’s name is Donna. She’s quiet. The kind of woman who keeps the house clean and doesn’t ask questions and goes along with whatever my dad says . The kind of lady @Summerabbacat loves........To talk smack about😄

My laugh reaction seems very inappropriate. Unless the deceased asked for it to be played what the hell are people thinking

Here is something I'm not getting Vicki is found dead, Issac took the incriminating photo of Tyler and Caleb and he knew Vicki was extorting Tyler. How could he not know until an hour ago (in the chapter) that he had evidence?🤔 He hadn't killed her. He had never even touched her. But Isaac knew better than anyone that the truth was entirely irrelevant. In the suffocating, insular ecosystem of Grey Harbor, perception was truth. And everyone in this miserable, rain-soaked town perceived him as a monster. Issac seems oblivious to the fact that Caleb is thinking the very same thing about himself. I wonder if Issac having Billy and Caleb in one of his images put any kind of spotlight on Billy now?

You have the question who Killed Vickie? But there is one question that is even harder to answer...who is the most F---ed up person in Grey Harbor?

Dowager Baroness Adela, Princess Libbet, and Princess Cecily Casimir and Val....Don Rickles has nothing on any of them

Don't let a perfumed peacock convince you otherwise. Well that was a mean thing to say about Tomas's....OH that wasn't what he was saying
