They worried about an anti-gay Judge can the Judge literally say he rejects the adoption because the couple is gay or would he give another lame reason to reject the option as a cover?I guess it depends what state you're in in addition to what Judge you get.If it's illegal for the Judge to rule because they are gay I would think they would have an appeal on the grounds that the Judge never approved an adoption to a gay couple but that will be irrelevant here it looks like.
