Wow a lot of stuff happened in this story Puppy calling Susan Mum was touching.Finding out in some ways that Dave had a rougher life then Puppy was disturbing. The Director of Greenstone adopting one of the kids he's in charge of may be irregular but I guess isn't illegal or a conflict of interest so I have to wonder why all the secrecy from Mr. Watson? I don't see a reason for it . Actually just at this moment I thought of something was Max inquiring about adopting Cindy? That could explain it

I guess It's going to be unanimous that the readers will prefer the first ending although the second ending would be totally understandable.One thing and I don't know how important it was to the story but in the chapter referred to Wyatt as a boy I thought he was older but I guess he was around Tyler's age.Loved the story thank you now on to Jasper and Ryan.

I love how the younger Adam and Marie has taken to Franz as if they were blood no one needs a loving environment more then Franz

I'm starting to like Steven a lot Puppy sure is having bad luck with Doctors first Dr Listern and now this doctor who didn't give him crutches. I think Cindy's new family is the reason why she hasn't called Puppy and I suspect the reason is lame

Maybe in a odd way after Puppy started choking Steven for talking smack about Cindy perhaps Steven admired that because of.....Loyalty

The first part of the chapter was a real tearjerker. Franz really needed to have his mother come to him in his dream. So Gerry will name his son Adam you can't have too many Adams around

I can see Human Rights groups having a problem with castration.I know Gerry is on a honeymoon but I think that was something he should have ran by Gerry first.How about chemical castration? What would Adam do to one of those priests involved in the alter boy scandal? I do believe in the punishment in theory you just have to make sure no future leader would abuse that.

I'm slightly confused is the man they spoke to and the Parish priest the same person or two different people? In either case what a piece of work. I'm glad they found Emma.Her parents saying running isn't what girls do? Who thinks like that in the twenty-first century?But they changed their tune when they found out she might become a celebrity that's sort of a red flag her parents might not be evil but they do seem shallow

I was checking up on this story this day because I wanted to make sure I had my facts right I sort of referred to this story in the chapter comments on Ron's current story. I read this years ago on TMJ before I was a member of GA. while looking at this again I was reminded of something out of all the great characters Ron has created Nicky is by far the sweetest. The Part where Star and Gene show up at the banquet and Joey stops speaking then Nicky turns around and yells "Uncle Gene" and runs a jumps in his arms always leaves me teary eyed.To this day it's my favorite scene.

I like how you handled CC dying with the conversation in Tristan's dream. Well you heard what the doctor said to Tristan he has to avoid being near a blast impossible in your stories you're going to have to write him out.

I have to say I didn't see that coming.I believe this is the first time Ron has done this fast forwarded to the future but there are a few of his stories I haven't read.We have seen some of his characters who we first met as teens and later saw as adults but that was two different stories.I'm so interested to see where this is going. I got a lot of thoughts here so I hope I don't ramble.I wonder if anybody bothered to look for Matt his poor excuse for parents didn't even come to see him at the facility the pastor had to come with a court order of custody(Did his father refuse to reassume custody) and I think Matt's right the Pastor let him escape to wash his hands clean of this.So who else could have looked for Matt the grandparents? They probably never found out.So now that leaves Ricky's dad but since Matt spent a year and a half taking care of the old man very rarely going out and he had no bank account, debit card, and never used his SSN for anything Matt was off the grid and pretty much impossible to track down.I have to wonder if Ricky and Charles became closer maybe even BF's now they are now 21 and might want find Matt but how short of a random crossing of paths. As far as that job Dexter spoke of I don't know that kind of business too well but it seems sort of too casual to say show up and we'll put you to work.If were Dexter and Matt I would be worried about walking into a trap and being put in human trafficking. One more thing (whew) Matt taking care the old man shows what a good heart he has he's a hell of a lot closer to what a christian suppose to be then that sperm donor and POS pastor.BTW if we readers are right about that POS Pastor he might be a patron at that place they are going to work at.The one thing I would love to see happen is that the old man Matt took care of left a special account for Matt to access after he died but that's me and my wishful thinking.Sorry I'll try not be as long in future (LOL)

While this is definitely a love story it just might be the strangest one I ever read. Zeke and Tyler might actually have a relationship without all the BS.Since it's been implied in the story that at this point in time the band is still around I know where they can go on a date an Obsolete concert.
