The High and Might Mucklings have made a tremendous error by playing hostile. They really should have done their home on the Alpha that handles security. The room placements were the icing, and Seabass is ready to throw cake.

In the last chapter, it shows Stefan making a hand movement, then a gun click. This could have been Stefan releasing some shadow magic. He could have been concealing the telepath. 😉 We can't blame Mason for thinking it's fault. A lot's been happening this past month. Now what could Cyrus have in mind? The great schemer is developing a game for many alphas to play at the North American Summit. I'm scared to think what he'll come up with. -

I completely missed this little morsel until I read Story Reader's comment. "One shifter stands out, Jordan Kiersey. He’s become pretty chummy with Reilly’s brother Daryl. The friendship may be real, but it’s also a good excuse for him to be at the main house all the time. He’s been part of the pack for almost five years now." Uh huh... So if ol' Pete finds out Daryl has a "friend" that spends a lot of time in the main house... Would more kneecaps get smashed?

I thought nothing of the POV shifts. My very first chapter written looks like a washing machine compared to your writing. Also, the distillery in the city I live in produces Fireball! Just wanted to mention it, can't get you free stuff.
